POSNI MAFINI SO TIKVICA.//LOWFAT MUFFINS WITH ZUCCHINI.


Posni mafini so tikvica,vkusen posen pojadok ili vecera,zdrava hrana so semenke.So semenki od soncogled navistina se posebni.Mene mi se dopadnaa i imam inspiracija za druga zanimliva kombinacija.
No sega za ovaa ce pisuvam,brzi se i lesni za podgotovka.


Sostojki:(za 12 mafini)-merka solja od 150ml
-1,1/2 solja belo brasno
-1,1/2 solja pcenkarno brasno
-1/2 prasok za pecivo
-1 ista polna solja rendana tikvica
-parce kaskaval-50g
-3 lazici susam
-2 lazici semki od soncogled
-100ml maslo
-200ml mineralna voda (merev so mala solja)
-1 mala lazica sol
i malku seme susam za vrz mafini
Podgotovka:
Tikvica izlupete ja i izrendajte,stavete vo sad za mesenje.
Dodajte postepeno od site sostojki,rendan kaskaval,sol,maslo,i dvete brasna zaedno so prasok za pecivo.(iako jas ne se praktikuvam taka.)
Dodadete i susam,semki od soncogled,so lazica soedinete gi site sostojki ubavo.

Kalapi za mafini namackajte gi so maslo,i stavete hartieni krpici.
Vo sekoja korpica stavete od smesa za mafini ne gi polnete,stavete i susam.



Rerna zagrejte ja na 200C,a pak mafini stavete gi da se pecat na 180C 20-30 min.
Mnogu se vkusni,brzi i lesni za podgotovka.

Preparation:

Gradually add all of the ingredients, grated cheese, salt, oil, and two types of flour together with baking powder. (I do not do so and I have always great food it is important to unite all good)
Add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and, with a spoon unite all the ingredients well.
