TORTA SO VISNJI I KREM FIL.//CAKE WITH FRUIT AND CREAM FIL


TORTA SO VISNJI VKUSNA DOMASNA TORTA...so bogat krem fil vnatre,recept za vkusna domasna torta.Za ovaa torta se matat 4 kori ili dve pa se secat na polovina.

Sostojki:( za matenje na dve kori sto potoa se secat na polovina)
-12 belki
-16 lazici secer
-4 lazici brasno
-200g meleni orevi
-malku pecivo

Za fil:
-1 l mleko
-12 zolcki-zumanca
-5 lazici secer
-2 vanilin secer
-3 pudinga od vanila
-250ml slatka pavlaka
-visni cisteni od semki-moze i drugo ovosje
-250g puter-margarin
-250g secer vo prav
-za ukrasuvanje na torta e koristen domasen fondan mozete i so slag pena ili slatka pavlaka

Podgotovka:za kori se matat ubavo 6 belki so 8 lazici secer,se dodava 100g meleni orevi,se dodava i 2 brasno,malku pecivo.
Se istura smesa vo pravoagolen oblozen so hartija za pecenje kalap,za pecenje torta,se izmaznuva povrsina i se stava da se pece torta na 150C polovina cas.
Pecena torta se sece na polovina.isto se mati i vtora kora,i taa se sece na polovina.
za fil se stava vo pogolemo tendjere 800ml mleko,a 200 ml mleko se mesa so zica za matenje so zolcki secer da se soedini smesa.Se dodava i puding vo prav i se sipuva da se vari na tivko dodeka se zgusne fil.Se trga nastrana da se izladi.
Vo laden fil se dodava margarin izmaten so secer vo prav so vanilin secer.Se mati ubavo smesa.
Slatka pavlaka se mati isto.
Se filuva torta:
Kora,fil,ovosje,pavlaka,kora,fil,ovosje,pavlaka, se taka ,i na kraj se zavrsiva so filuvanje so kora,se premackuva cela torta so malku fil.
Se pokriva torta so fondan spremen eden den porano.Vkusna ovosna domasna torta.
