Bread and rolls with spinach and curd.
Bread and rolls with spinach and curd more ordinary cheese as fill e my proposal for a tasty breakfast or dinner.


Ingredients:
-1200g flour
-130ml butter
-2 small spoons salt
-2 tablespoons little sugar
-2 eggs
-1 cube of fresh yeast
-200g urda
-100g ordinary cheese
-1 yolk

-700g blanched spinach
-sesame

Preparation:

POGACA I KIFLI SO SPANAC I URDA.

Pogaca i kifli so spanac i urda uste i kaskaval kako fil, e moj predlog za vkusen dorucek ili vecera.
Sostojki:
-1200g brasno
-130ml maslo
-2 kasike mali sol
-2 kasike mali secer
-2 jajca
-1 kocka svez kvasec
-200g urda
-100g kaskaval
-1 zumance-zolcka
-mleko po potreba-okolu 600ml
-700g blansiran spanac
-seme susama
Podgotovka:
Vo sad za mesenje se stava brasno,se dodava kvasec,sol secer i malku toplo mleko.Se ostava kvasec malku da stasa,ili da se samo istopi.Potoa se dodavaat i drugite sostojki.Se dodavaat i drugite sostojki,maslo,mleko,po potreba se mesi sredno cvrsto testo.
Se ostava zameseno testo na toplo da kisne okolu 1 cas.Jas imam brz nacin za narasnuvanje na testo,vo sad se stava topla voda,i vrz nego se stava sad so zameseno testo,se pokriva so krpa i ostava i za 30 min e vece stasano.Gotovo testo se vadi na rabotna povrsina,narosena so brasno i se deli na dva dela.
Jas od dvete topki napraviv edna pogaca i od edna topka napraviv kiflicki.


Za pogaca se rasukuva kora,se premackuva so margarin i se renda kaskaval,se nanesuva polovina od fil.So race se sobiraat kraevite da se zatvori fil,i se prevrtuva od pomazna strana, i zasekuva od kraevite kon sredina.se prevrtuvaat kraevite na pogaca.
Se formira pogaca kako vo video.
Za kifli se rasukuva pogolema kora,se premackuva so margarin,se renda kaskaval,i drugata polovina od fil se rasporeduva na kora.Se vitka vo rolna i s sece na parcinja okolu 2-3 cm.
I pogaca i kifli se premackuvaat so zolcka i maslo izmesani,se soli susam.A na pogaca se renda kaskaval.
Se redat kifli i pogaca zaedno ili posebno,vo tava oblozena so hartija za pecenje.
Se pecat testenini na 230C 20-25 min.dodeka dobijat ubava zolta boja.
Mnogu vkusni i meki testenini za dorucek, za merak, vkusni i bogati so fil.
