OSLIC SO DJUMBIR I ZLATNA MESAVINA.//Hake with ginger and golden mix


Oslic so djumbir i dodatok so zlatna mesavina na zelencuk.Navistina vkusno domasno jadenje,i za mene lesen brz posen rucek.
Eve kako jas go napraviv ovaa jadenje.Jas licno sakam da jadam zelencuk,i ovaa mesavina mi se dopadja mnogu.



Sostojki:(za 2 lica)
-300g oslic ribi mozete pomali dve ili edna pogolema riba da zgotvite.
-300g zlatna mesavina
-zacini bez gluten-zdrava mesavina
-djumbir
-maslo po potreba
-sol
-pcenkarno brasno
PODGOTOVKA:
Piba se mie so ladna voda, i cisti se odstranuva nadvoresen del-koza i perki.Se zacinuva so mesavina zacini bez gluten ( so sostav meleni seminja od kinoa,proso,i heljda)toa e mesavina za dodatok i na supi.
potoa riba se posoluva-valka vo pcenkarno brasno.
Tava pekac kade sto ce ja pecete riba se namstuva so maslo kolku dno da go pokrie.
Se stava riba ili dve pomali ribi vo tava da se pece,se prska odozgor so maslo i se dodava i malku voda.
Taka poklopena riba se pece 40 min na umerena temperatura.Pred kraj se otkriva 10 min da se zapece.
Mesavina od zelencuk se stava vo pomalo tendjere vo ladna voda,se dodava sol,i se vari 30 min
Zgotveno jadenje,riba i zelencuk se serviraat na cinija i riba se narosuva so melen djumbir vo prav pred serviranje.
Zdrava hrana i vkusen posen rucek,od domasna kujna...so ovaa jadenje leb i ne vi treba..jadenje ce ve napravi da se cuvstvuvate siti.
