-1 mala lazicka psyllium husk-powder
-1 lazica mala prasok za pecivo
-1 lazica supena fruktoza
-5 lazici maslo
-2 lazici supeni proso zrno-(go melev na moj domasen elektricen mlin
-1 mala lazica seme lan
-200ml mlaka voda-35-36C

PODGOTOVKA:
Vo sad za mesenje se stava psenicno integralno brasno,rzano brasno,brasno od heljda,sol,secer.someleni semenki-na elektricen blender.
