COFTE VO SOS OD DOMATI ,SO MODAR DOMAT.//Meatballs of blue tomato in tomato sauce



Coftinja vo sos so domati i modri patlidzani.Vkusno glavno vegtarijansko jadenje i hrono recept.

Sostojki:
-1 pogolem modar patlidzan
-1 glavica kromid
-prezla 3 lazici po potreba se dodava-zaradi golemina na domat
-nekolku cena luk
-1 belka od jajce
-sol,melen piper,list od magdonos
Za sos:
-400g crven domat ili od zimnica sos kako sto koristev jas.
-cen luk
-malku sol i biber
-maslo za podgotovka na jadenje
PODGOTOVKA:
Izlupete go modar patlidjan,i isecete go na pogolemi kocki.Stavete vo podlaboko tendjere i vari dodeka omeknat 15-20 min so sol.
Se cedi visok na tesnot i se pasiraat so viluska vece svareni domati.
Vo sad za przenje stavete maslo i dodajte seckan,luk,i przi so malku voda kratko kolku staklast da bide.
Zamesete gi i koftenca,vo poseben sad so vareni patlidzani,dodajte seckan kromid,do 2 cena luk,magdonos,sol,vegeta,prezla,crn piper.Zamesete coftinja,oblikuvajte gi so race.i naredete vo tava za pecenje na hartija za pecenje.I pecete gi koftinja 15-20min.


Za sos,prodolzete so podgotovka,i dodadete sos od domati.Dinstajte okolu 10 min.
Peceni coftinja stavete gi vo sos zaedno dinstajte kratko,i potoa stavete vo cinija za serviranje,i ukrasete so svez magdonos.
Vkuso jadenje-No ako ne stavite belka od jajce moze da bide i posno jadenje.
