Blitva so kobasicki i kaskaval.//Mangold-spinach and sausage and cheese


Blitva so kobasicki i kaskaval,e moj denesen predlog za rucek.No ovoj pat za vraboteni domacinki,zosto i jas malku bev povece so rabota i resiv da smislam jadenje sto ce e brzo no i vkusno.Zosto sum po gotvena hrana od domasna kujna.


Sostojki:
-300g blitva-ili spanac
-1 casa oriz (od voda 300ml)
-2 jajca
-300g kolbasi
-1 glavica kromid
-100ml sos od domati
-maslo
-suv ili svez magdonos
-1 lazica suvi zacini ili vegeta
-sol po vkus
-melen crn piper
-1 lazica melen crven piper
-100g kaskaval

Podgotovka:
Rerna se vklucuva na 200C
Blitva se izmiva so topla voda i se odstranuvaat drski,se stava vo vrela voda na plotna da zovrie.
Potoa taa voda se istura,a blitva se sece na parcinja i se dodava vo zagreano maslo vo tigan.
Kromid isto taka se cisti i secka na sitno,i toj se blitva zaedno kratko se przat.
Oriz se cisti,izmiva i se dodava vo tigan so blitva i kromid ,site zaedno se przat uste 3 min.
Vo tigan se dodavat suvi zacini,sol,magdonos,biber,i melen crven piper.
Se promesuvaat sostojkite i se dodava sos od domati.I se prefrluvat vo tava za pecenje
Se naleva so voda da gi pokrie site produkti i malku povece da ima.
Se stava tava vo zagreana rerna i se pece na pojako,na 230C.
Pred kraj za 20 min,jajca izmatete gi vo cinija so sol i prelijte vrz jadenje.
Vrz jajca isecete kolbasi i na parcinja i naredete gi po cela povrsina.
Potoa zemete kaskaval i vrz leo jadenje rendajte da gi pokrie skoro site sostojki.
Vratete go jadenje da se dopece uste 5 min ili dodeka se zacrvi malku.
Izvadete posle 25-30 min od rerna i posluzete kako rucek so sezonska salata.

Mangold-spinach and sausage and cheese.

Components:
-300g-chard spinach

-salts to taste
-melted black pepper
-1 teaspoon ground red pepper
-100g cheese

Preparation:
Turn the oven to 200C.

Towards the end of 20 min,mix eggs in a bowl with salt and pour over the dish.
Sausages cut on the plot and arrange around all surfaces.
Then take cheese and grate on the dish to cover almost all the ingredients.
Return the dish to bake another 5 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove after 25-30 min from the oven and serve as lunch seasonal salads.
