SOCNA COKOLADNA TORTA
Socna Cokoladna torta nema koj ne bi posakal da ja proba ovaa torta,koga ja probaa gostite sakaa uste da dobijat i vtoro parce od ovaa vkusna domasna torta.Ovaa torta e celata so chokoladen preliv, i plus cokolada od strana na torta.Chokoladen fil, i fil od biskviti so jafa sok, ja pravat ovaa torta mnogu vkusna.



Sostojki:( za 3 kori)
-15 jajca
-15 lazici secer
-300g meleni orevi
-3 lazici cokolada vo prav
-9 lazici troski od biskviti-meleni biskviti
-po malku pecivo za site 3 kori


Za fil:
-1 litar mleko
-4 pudinga od vanila
-15 zolcki-zumanca
-6 lazici secer
-250g secer vo prav
-400g margarin-puter
-100g istopena cokolada
-150g meleni biskviti
-100ml jafa sok od portokal
-300g meleni orevi-moze sitno seckani ili peceni lesnici
-4 vanilin seceri

Za dekoracija na torta ganase od cokolada 300g crna cokolada za gotvenje istopena so 300ml slatka pavlaka.
I uste za od strana cokolada iskrsena na parcinja i zalepeni od strana.
Za dekoracija koristeni gotovi secerni cvetovi i bubamaricki.

Podgotovka:
Za kori se podgotvuvaat site produkti,se melat orevi,i biskviti,se podmackuva tava okolu 40cm na 45 cm.ili okrugla golemina br:28.( a tava mozete da je oblozite so masna hartija za pecenje.
Se matat 5 belki so 5 lazici secer vo gusta smesa.
Brasno se mesa so polovina prasok za pecivo za cela kolicina za torta.
Otkako se izmateni belki,se dodava 1 lazica cokolada vo prav,3 lazici od brasno i pecivo izmesani.Se promesuva kratko,potoa se dodava i 100g meleni orevi.
Se soedinuvaat sostojkite i se sipuvaat vo tava za pecenje.Rernata se zagreva na 180C i se susi povece kora za torta-20-30 min.
Korite se pravat na ist nacin,i gotovi se ostavat da se ladat dodeka se pravi fil.

Za fil:
Vo pogolem sad za fil se mesat zumanca-zoltki so secer so mikser,se dodavat pudinzi i se izednacuva smesa so dodavanje na 100ml ladno mleko.Drugoto mleko se stava na ogin da zovrie.Se dodava smesa od zoltki vo vrelo mleko i se vari fil na voobicaen nacin.Se trga nastrana stom se zgusne da se izladi.Vo izladen fil se mesa margarin ili puter izmateni so secer vo prav i vanilin secer.Filot posle se deli na dva dela.
Cokolada se istopuva so malku mleko i se stava vo ednata polovina na fil,a vo drugata polovina se dodavat meleni biskviti natopeni so jafa sok.
I vo dvata fila se dodaavt na pola podeleni meleni orevi ili lesnici.
Se soedinuvaat filovite i pocnuva filuvanje na torta.
Se redi ednata kora se stava fil so jafa sok i meleni biskviti-svetol fil.Se stava pak kora se dodava fil od cokolada so orevi.Se zavrsiva filuvanje so kora.
Od fil se ostava obavezno malku da se premacka celata torta od site strani.Se pravi ganase kako sto pisuva pogore i celata torta se prekriva so cokoladen fil.
Pred pokrivanje so ganase torta se stava da se stegne vo frizider nekolku casa.
I vednas dodeka ne e stegnat cokoladen fil od site strani na torta se lepat cokoladni parcinja i odozgora se ukrasuva po zelba.
Se ukrasuva so secerni cvetovi i biba mricki ili spored samata prigoda za koja ja pravite tortata.

RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
Succulent chocolate cake



Ingredients: (for 3 biscuits)

15 eggs
15 tbsp sugar
300g ground walnuts
3 tbsp of chocolate powder
9 tablespoon ground biscuits
after a bit of baking powder biscuits for all three and half rolls
For the filling:

1 l of milk
4 vanilla pudding
15 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar
250g icing sugar
400g margarine or butter
100g melting chocolate
150g ground biscuits
100ml Jaffa orange juice
300g ground nuts-and they can chop or roasted hazelnut
4 vanilla sugar
