Vkusni koftinja vo sos od pecurki i cija semenki,e moj predlog za semeen rucek.Imeto e ne slucajno taka staveno,zosto navistina se mnogu vkusni.za mene brzo se pravat,a za vas zavisi dali ste novajlija vo kujna, ili ste majstor vo kujna.Mirisni,socni,ednostavno ce posakate povtorno da gi napravite.


Sostojki:
za koftinja.
-300g mesano meleno meso
-1 strak mlad kromid so perca
-3 tenki kriski leb so celo zrno-moze i bel leb ( star leb)
-malku mleko za leb da se natopi i da omekne
-1 jajce
-sol-himalajska,
-1 lazica vegeta,
-po malku od biber i djumbir
-polovina lazicka melen crven piper
-malku maslo za przenje

Za sos:
-maslo za przenje
-2 straka mlad kromid so perca
-pecurki seckani-polna solja od 150ml
-pavlaka( jas koristev slatka pavlaka-4 lazici)
-1 lazica kecap
-pola lazica belo brasno
-pola lazica melen crven piper
-1 casa od 100ml belo vino
-300ml voda
-1 lazica cija semenki



Podgotovka:
Prvo se podgotvuva smesa za coftinja,vo pogolem sad se stava meso,se dodava seckan mlad kromid,jajce,i site zacini po red.


Leb se sitni vo posebna cinija i se prska so mleko samo da se namokri,zosto jajce sto se stava vo smesa za koftinja, ce go napravi uste povece vlazen-leb.
Jas na leb ne mu gi odstranuvam korki,so se kori go stavam samo gi sitnam sto e mozno povece.Posle vo koftinja omeknuvaat i ne se poznava deka ima dodatok od leb.
Gotovi koftinja gi redime na cinija,i posle gi przime na malku maslo kolku da se isprzat od dvete strani 5-10 min.
Gi vadime coftinja od tava,se dodava uste malku maslo,i se dodava kromid isecen na sitno.se przi 2-3 min,se dodavat i pecurki,pak kratko se przat sostojkite.



Potoa se dodava brasno,i melen crven piper,kecap,se promesuva i doleva belo vino,slatka pavlaka,voda i se mesat sostojkite dodeka vrijat vo tigan.
Na kraj se dodavat cija semenki i se mesa cela smesa i sipuva vo tava vo koja se naredeni koftinja spremni za pecenje.
Se stavat koftina vo sos da se pecat vo tava pekac,ili ogneotporen sad,vo vece zagreana rerna na 200C 45 min.



Odlicen rucek,so prilog od sezonska salata glavno jadenje bogato obrok.
