Vkusni posni testenini so spanac,interesni odnadvor,no meki i vkusni kako testenini za dorucek-breakfast.mozam da kazam odlicni se,kako soleno posluzuvanje.

Sostojki:

-500g brasno
-30g kvasec
-1 lazicka mala sol
-3 lazicki mali secer
-300g topla voda
-spanac
-posen kaskaval
-1/2 casa ili 100ml maslo
-malku margarin

Podgotovka:

Prvo kvasec se rastopuva so malku voda, brasno i secer i ostava da stasa.Se stava brasno vo sad za mesenje,i se dodava kvasec,sol,secer,i maslo.
Se mesi sredno meko testo,se ostava na toplo pokrieno da stasuva.
Stasano testo se vadi na nabrasneta rabotna povrsina,i se mesi kratko.
Se sece na povece mali topki,sekoja topka se izmaznuva i ostava da se odmori 5 min,za podobro da se oformuva.
Se namstuva so malku maslo rabotna povrsina,se rasukuva kora od sekoja topka, i se zasecuva od 4 strani.Kako na sliki i vo video receot.
Se stava na site 4 strani po malku spanac i rendan kaskaval.

Kraevite se sobirat kon sredina,se pritisnuvat.
Potoa se redat testenini vo tepsija na hartija za pecenje,se stava malku kaskaval i ostavat da stasat uste malku.
Se pecat vo vece odnapred zagreana rerna na 230C 15 min.
Se Sluzat uste topli,vkusni testenini zatoa sto spanac i kaskaval im go davaat posebeniot vkus.

Lean tasty pasta with spinach.


Lean tasty pasta with spinach, interesting outside and soft and delicious inside.
Excellent savory dish for breakfast, the perfect taste.

Components:

-3 Teaspoon sugar

Preparation:
