Pecen losos so zelencuk i zacini.//Baked salmon with graskom.sargarepom,


Pecen losos so grasok.morkov,kompir, i kurkuma zacin,timijan i magdonos,vkusen i zdrav rucek.Mnogu lesen za podgotovka po moj recept zatoa sto za mene e vazno hranata da ostane socna,neprepecena,i da gi socuva site hranlivi sostojki.



Sostojki:
-losos isecen na parcinja so koski i koza
-200g kompiri
-1 pogolem morkov
-150g grasok
-1 glavica kromid
-maslinovo maslo
-sol po vkus
-1 lazica zacini( od paskanat,morkov magdonos siseni i izmesani)
-biber melen
-kako prilog sveza zelena salata i svezi krastavici

Podgotovka:
Riba losos isecena na parcinja ja mieme so ladna voda,jas koristev smrznat losos gotov i isecen.
Vo tava za pecenje, stavete maslinovo maslo,a parcinja riba posolete gi i ostavete malku da odstojat dodeka go spremate drugiot zelencuk.
Kompiri izlupete gi i secete na parcinja,morkov isto taka odstranete mu ja nadvoresna kora, i seckajte go na krugovi.
Kromid izlupete go i isecete na parcinja,a grasok e isto od zamrznuvac.
Stavete gi parcinjata losos vo tava so maslo i prevrtete gi da se namastat i od dvete strani,i posolete gi so zacini,so prsti kolku mozete da zemete ili polovina mala lazica,stavete od timijan i susen magdonos.Dodadete gi i site zelenci, i izmesajte se zaedno da se soedinat site mirisi i zacini.
Pred pecenje na parcinja riba posolete od kurkuma zacin,dodadete i voda polovina fildjan okolu 100ml,se prekrivatava so aluminiumska folija i se stava da se pece.
Tava so losos i zelencuk se pece-dinsta povece na umerena temperatura na 230C 45 min.



Vo tek na pecenje pri proverka na jadenje se prevrtuva riba i od dvete strani da ostane socna,i ne se otvara folija tuku samo pod folija se gotvi jadenje.
Koga e gotovo jadenje se servira so salata od zelena salata i svezi krastavici,kako nedelen rucek,a isto moze da bide i rucek. za praznik
Mnogu vkusen obrok, i zdravo jadenje so riba i zelencuk,za prilog ne vi treba leb so ovaa,jadenje ce se cuvstvuvate  siti i e i odlicen dietalen obrok.

Baked salmon with graskom.sargarepom

Baked salmon with graskom.sargarepom, and potatoes with spices turmeric, thyme and magdonos, tasty and healthy rucak.Dry and easy to prepare my recipe, because for me it is important for my that the food stays juicy,overdone, and that all the nutrients preserve ingredients.

Components:
-fish salmon shreds
potatoes -200g
-1 bigger carrots
-150g peas
-1 bulb onion
-olive oil
-salts to taste
-1 spoon spices (from parsnip, carrot and parsley)
-pepper minced
-as Annexes fresh lettuce and fresh cucumber

Preparation:
