Nes torta recept.



Nes torta samoto ime kazuva sto vkus ima,preubav,navistina e sovrsena.A sostav od povece filovi ja pravi meka i kremasta.
Eve recept za ovaa neodoliva torta koja koga ce ja probate nema da prestanete so edno parce.

Sostojki:(za 4 kori)
-12 belki
-4 zolcki
-12 lazici secer
-280g meleni orevi
-4 mali lazici neskafe vo prav
-8 lazici brasno

Podgotovka na kori:prvo treba da se izmatat 3-belki so 3-secer,se dodava 1-zolcka,se mati kratko vreme.
Se dodava 2-lazici brasno i 70g meleni orevi,i 1 lazica neskafe vo prav.

Se promesuva ubavo smesata i se sipuva vo plek so kockasta forma da se pece kora za torta 15 min.
Postapkata se povtoruva so site 4 kori.

Za ovaa torta se potrebni 3 fila,edniot e od nes kafe i zolcki,drugiot e cokoladen fil,a tret fil e izmatena slatka pavlaka.

Za prv fil sostojki:8 zolcki,10 lazici secer,2 lazici mleko,i eden margarin,i 2 vrecice instant neskafe.
Za vtor fil:1-litar mleko,1 puding od cokolada,7 lazici brasno,250g kristal secer,200g margarin-ili puter,2 crni cokoladi-200g za gotvenje.
Za tret fil:izmatena slatka pavlaka-250ml.

Podgotovka na prv fil:se mesaat zolcki so secer i mleko so mikser,se stavaat na parea da se zgusne fil.

Se dodava na kraj neskafe vo prav direktno vo fil,se ostava da se izladi i fil,a potoa se soedinuva so margarin.

Za vtor fil:
Mleko se stava da zovrie,del od nego se deli da se izmati prasok za puding od cokolada, i secer so brasno,kako kasa.Posle se sipuva vo vrelo mleko i se vari fil.
Vece svaren fil se ostava da se izladi,se dodava i izmaten margarin i rastopeno cokolado.

Otakako site filovi se izmateni,i svareni pocnuva filuvanje.

Se stava kora na tacna ili posluzavnik,se premackuva so tretina fil so zolcki i neskafe,se stava vrz nego tretina fil so cokolado,se premackuva i so izmatena slatka pavlaka isto taka so edna tretina fil.
Postapkata se povtoruva dodeka se potrosi siot materijal,i se ostava za celeta torta se premacka so fil od cokolado.



Krajna dekoracija se zavrsuva so fondan dekoracija i oblaganje ili so slag pena koj kako saka.

NES CAKE

Ingredients :( 4 bark)

12 egg whites
4 egg yolks
