Tegnata burek banica so spanac i sitno sirenje.//Wordy spinach pie.


Tegnata burek banica, domasna tegnata banica so spanac i sitno sirenje, mojot sin posebno ja saka,No pred eden den gledav na TV kako se pravat mantii i resiv idejata da ja probam na moja banica i da si napravam domasen burek.A brasno mi bese pogodeno za taa namena t-400.odlicno se razvlekuvase korata.I eve kako izleze mojot domasen burek so spanac i sirenje ili urda.( fil moze i sveza zelka,jabolka i sl.sto povece fil povkusna banica no da ne se pretera.)


Sostojki:

500g brasno
5-6 supeni lazici maslo
1 lazicka mala sol
malku secer
malku kvasec kolku da ne e presno testo
topla voda po potreba
spanac 1kg
300g sitno sirenje ili urda
maslo ili mast za prskanje na korite( a maslo e obavezno za osnova na tepsija zaradi toa sto ovaa e tegnata banica i so pomos na namasteni topki testo se razvlekuva.

Podgotovka:
Brasno prvo go stavame vo sad za mesenje pravime dlabnatina ,stavame kvasec sol,malku secer i maslo.zamesuvame testo so topla voda da dobiete testo ste ce se odeluva samo od race ili vangla.
Testoto go delime na 4-5 topki koi gi oformuvame so pomos na racete,i gi stavame vo tepsija namackana so maslo celata dolna povrsina.Malku gi raspleskuvame i ostavame da se odmorat 10 min da se rastegaat poubavo,isto kako na slikata podolu.



Za tegnenje koristite kujnski carsaf, i so race ( za ovaa treba vestina i iskustvo)se tegne sekoja kora, kolku e mozno povece,se prska maslo ili mast.a potoa so noz za secenje kiflicki gi zasekuvate kraevi na korata, a na sredina stavame fil kako na slikata.Posle preklopuvame posebno del,po del i sekoj del go prskame.


A moj predlog e za moja sledna vakva banica da stavam fil na sekoj preklop..ili ce napravam vistinski burek.redime vo ista tava vo koja ni stoeja, topcinjata gi prskate filuvanite banici i pecete vo zagreana rerna na 250C.okolu 15 min posle namaluvate na 180C uste 15min.Vadime ispecena banica od sporet,ja prskame so mlaka voda da omekne malku,i pak banica se vraca uste 2-3 min vo topla rerna da omekne.Se sluzidodeka e uste topla kako dorucek,mnogu e vkusna,moj predlog za odlicen breakfast.
Za fil koj treba da e prv podgotven,izmijte spanac, kineme listovite i se provrijuvat 5 min da omeknat,isturate ja prvata voda toa e pravilo.
I posle go seceme na positno .Vo tava se stava maslo ili mast i se dodava seckan spanac ,kratko se promesuva se dodava i sirenje ili urda i pak promesuvame kratko na tivko,posoluvame i filuvame banica.Ja si napraviv dve varijanti,a vkusot im e fantasticen,se sluzi so kiselo mleko ili jogurt.

Wordy spinach pie.

Wordy pie homemade pie with spinach, cheese and small, my son loves it especially.Before day I watched on TV right cassock, and I resolved to apply to my pie, and make homemade flour burek. Ingredients:

-500g flour

For the filling:
