SLATKA SALAMA SO ZELE I SUVO GROZJE//.SWEET ROLL WITH JELLY BEANS.


Slatka salama so zele bomboni,suvo grozje i rum poliena so bela cokoladA,kolaci so poseben vkus-vkusni i mirisni desert,so meleni bademi,biskviti i so posebna interesna forma.


Sostojki:

-200g meleni biskviti
-50g puter ili margarin- rastitelni
-150g kafeni secer
-50g meleni lesnici-ili bademi
-malku voda ili mleko
-100g sitno seckano zele bombone
-50g suvo grozje seckano i potopeno vo rum
-2 lazici rum
-50g rendana bela cokolada
-100g bela cokolada za glazura
-2-3 kocki crna cokolada za ukras ili tecna cokolada
-2-3 lazici meleni lesnici za ukras preku cokolada

Podgotovka:
Se stava da se stopi puter-margarin so secer vo sad so malku voda kako za serbet.Biskviti se meljaat,zele se secka na sitno,a suvo grozje predhodno se stava vo rum da odstoi polovina cas.
Bela cokolada se renda so rende i se mesa so biskviti,se dodavat seckani zele bomboni,se dodava i suvo grozje.Se mesat site produkti i se dodava rastopen margarin ili puter vo taa mesavina.
Se mesi smesa so lazica da se soedinat sotojkite.
Se ostava masata da se ladi da e mlaka za oblikuvanje,potoa na folija se istresuva i so race ili poseben silikonski kalap se formira rolada-salama, i ostava da se stegne.
Se stava 100g bela cokolada vo mikrobranova da omekne i so nea se preliva cela salama-kolaci,se topi i crna cokolada i se saraat mali cokoladni detalji, odozgor preku rolatot.
Se zema malku i od meleni lesnici i se stavaa vrz salama,kolac-salama se ostava da odstoi, i se secat mali kriski i serviraat,kako praznicni kolaci-desert.cookies.
Mnogu vkusna domasna salama,sitni kolaci i vkusend desert,ovie kolaci gi pravam cesto i so razni moi licni kombinacii-homemade confectioneries.

Recipe in English:
SWEET roll with jelly beans and raisins.

SWEET ROLL WITH JELLY BEANS and raisins sprinkled with a mixture of rum and white cocolae.To cakes a special flavor and aroma, desert with ground almonds.
Components:
-200g ground biscuits
-50g butter or margarine
-150g brown sugar
-50g ground hazelnut
-A little water or milk
-100g chopped jelly candies
-50g raisins chopped and soaked in rum
-2 tablespoons rum
-50g of grated white chocolate
-100g of white chocolate frosting
-2-3 pieces of dark chocolate for decoration or liquid chocolate
-2-3 tbsp ground hazelnuts for garnish over the chocolate
Preparation:
In a bowl put butter cookies butter with sugar and a little water to thicken as syrup.Biscuits grind, jelly beans cut into small pieces.Raisins in rum plunge to stand for half an hour and get a scent.
Grate white chocolate and add to bowl along with  cookies, add chopped jelly beans, add raisins.
