Pogaca za Badnikova vecer i slani tradicionalni testenini.//Cake for Christmas dinner and traditional savory pasta.


Za badnik vo mojot kraj e tradicija da ima pogaca koja se vika Badnik i slani testenini so razni formi koi se simbol za zivot od selo.Kako na primer bisagi*,toa e na starinski nacin vrsta torbe za na ramo i sluzat za seenje zito.na toj nacin preku testenina se simbolizira rodna godina.Se pravat pilinja i drugi zivotni koi se simbol na plodnost kaj zivotni vo nova godina sto sleduva.I uste mnogu interesni obicaji sto kako dete gi pametam i gi izveduvavame.Sega povece ne se tolku aktuelni.
Taka nastana i ovoj moj post sto go pisuvam so ovie moi izbedbi od testo za koi ima i video recept.
A testo e slicno kako testo za posni kiflicki.


Sostojki:
_1kg brasno
_600-630ml topla voda
_1 solje maslo
_1 i pola mala lazica sol
-4 lazici secer
-1 kocka svez kvasec
-margarin rastopen za mackanje na kori
-susam seme,i malku suvo,grozje kako dopolnuvanje za ukras.

Podgotovka:
Vo sad za mesenje stavame brasno,se pravi dlabnatinka i vo nea se stava kvasec, secer i sol,se dodava malku voda i ostava da se istopi.
Otakao se istopi kvasec dodajte maslo i mesete sredno meko testo sto ce se odlepuva od sadot vo koj go mesite.zamesenoto testo za pogaca se ostava da kisne okolu 1 cas.
Se vadi posle od sad vo koja se mesi i se promesuva kratko na rabotna povrsina,se deli na dva dela eden pomal del za pogaca,( zavisno koja golemina na sad za pecenje imate spremeno.
Pogolem del testo se ostava na strana,potoa se pravat so toa testo soleni pogacice,pilinja,i razni formi, polzavi i pletenke.
Pomal del testo go delime na pomali topki i edna pogolema,pogolema topka od testo ja stavame vo sredina na sadot koj e namackan so maslo i so hartija za pecenje.
Od pomali topki zemame tri topki i gi razvlekuvame so mrsni race kako valjci i se napravi pletenka.Soberete ja pletenkata i stavete okolu sredna topka,ostavajci polovina prostor okolu topka za drugi formi.
Ednata topka rasukajte ja,secete ja na lenti, prevrtuvajte gi lenti kako pletenka mala,i napravete krst,za preku sredna topka.
Od drugi dve topki rasukajte gi namacjte gi so pastopen posen margarin i vitkajci od eden kraj rolna do kraj,i so sekac nasecete 4-5 polni i stavete gi pored samiot sreden del od testo.
Na kraj od ostanati testa se pravat mali topcenca,i se redat odstrana okolu srednata topka.Cela badnikova pogaca premackajte ja so rastopen margarin i solete seme od susam,a pak krstot se posoluva  so dekorativna srebrena prasina za jadenje.
Od golemata topka-testo napravete povece mali topki i od sekoja napravete forma kako na sliki i na video recept.



Prvo pogaca ostavete ja da stasa 20-30 min.se zagreva pecka na 250C a posle pecete ja  pogaca na 220C i po potreba namalete ili zgolemete temperatura.
Isto i testa za  soleni zalacinja.namackajte gi prvo so rastopen margarin i solete susamovo seme.
Ostavete gi da se stasat malku okolu 20 min i pecete na temperatura od 250C samo 15 minuti.
Ova se mnogu ubavi i vkusni praznicni i tradicionalni soleni testenini,koi se zadolzitelni vo mojot Kumanovski kraj.

Recipe in English:
Cake for Christmas dinner and traditional savory pasta.

For Christmas in my end of the tradition that the cake that is so called ,, Badnjak'i salt dough.To various forms dough symbolizing life with village.Kao example, bisage'to bags of canvas woven from old materials and it is putting grain, they were a symbol of gender year.Made the chickens and other animals that are also a symbol of fertility and mono prinove.I more interesting customs that as a child I remember when we've made the sign of the Macedonian tradition kulture.Now over all people live in cities and do not make these customs.
That is how my post and this, by the letters and has a video recipe on my channel.
A batter is similar to the test for lean rolls.
Components:
_1kg flour
_600-630ml hot water
_1 cup oil
_1 and half a teaspoon of salt
-4 tablespoons sugar
-1 cube yeast
Margarine for coating bark
-Dried seed and a little dry, the grapes as a supplement for decoration.

Preparation:

In mixing bowl place the flour, make a recess, and put in it the yeast, salt, sugar, add some water and let it dissolve.
When melted add the yeast and knead the oil medium soft dough.Dough to be discharged from the vessel, which knead the dough for cake here and leave it to rain about 1 hour.

And form are obtained from test chickens, and the other forms a layer of margarine, salt susame seeds.Leavened to about 20 min.baked them at a temperature of 250C for 15 min only.
These are very tasty and festive Traditional dough in my Kumanovo village and are mandatory.
