Corba so brokula i meso.//Broccoli soup with fresh pork


Corba so brokula,so svinjsko bese jadenje sto mi padna na um da go podgotvam za rucek ,kako detski obrok.Navistina mnogu vkusno i lesno zdravo jadenje,healthy obrok.
A isto taka i hrono ishrana,koja sega e posebno aktuelna,eve kako jas go podgotvuvam ovaa jadenje.


Sostojki:
-1 svinska snicla (150g.)-ili bilo kakvo meso-telesko,junesko i sl.
-4 kitki brokula
-pola morkov
-mesani suseni zacini
-pola mala glavica kromid
-4 lazici maslinovo ili maslo od soncogled ladno cedeno maslo
-sol po vkus
-1 lazica polenta

Podgotovka:
So ladna voda se mie snicla,se isece na pomali parcinja i se stava vo pomal lonec za gotvenje, se dodava sol.Se dodava i iscisten i seckan kromid,i 1 lazica suseni zacini ( morkov,paskanat,magdonos).
I brokula izmijte ja so ladna voda, i se dodava vo lonec,i na morkov mu se cisti nadvoresn del se sece na pomali parcenca, i toj se dodava so meso.
Potoa se dodava ladna voda 700ml,se dodava i maslo.
Se stava na sporet da se vari ili povece dinsta na tivko,so postepeno proveruvanje na voda po potreba se dodava.
Posle varenje od 45 min,vo poseben pomal sad so ladna voda se mesa polenta i se dodava vo svarenata corba so neprestano mesanje.
Se ostava jadenje na sporet uste malku da se dovari okolu 5 min,,se proveruva kolku e zacineto,a potoa se sluzi uste toplo.
Ovaa jadenje e zdrav obrok za deca i odlicen rucek so zelencuk i meso bilo koja vrsta.Moze i kako supa da se posluzi ovaa jadenje,koe e i bezglutenski obrok-gluten free.(za taa namena e napraven kako bezglutenski zdrav obrok)
