Bezglutenski leb za Badnik,kaj nas toa bese glaven leb so paricka,za koja da si bidam iskrena bese namestena rabota, se znaese parickata kaj kogo ce bide.Toa ne e obicaj sekogas kaj nas, no ovaa godina,od ljubov kon vnuk mi, parickata se padna kaj nego.I eve nas recept mozebi nekomu ce mu zatreba i ovaa nesto.A tradicija za badnik se znae mora da se ima leb so paricka.jas ovaa godina ja smeniv formata na leb i go napraviv na pomali lopticki.



Sostojki:
-400g brasno bez gluten
-2 lazici pcenkarno sitno brasno
-50ml maslo
-malku sol
-malku secer
-voda po potreba da se mesi sredno tvrdo brasno
-malku kvasec
-i da ne zaboravite potrebna e i paricka za vnatre pomala po forma.

Podgotovka:
Vo sad za mesenje se mesat site brasna po red,belo brasno bez gluten,pcenkarno i se dodava sol,i secer.
Se pravi dlabnatina se rastopuva kvasec i se dodava i maslo.
Postepeno potoa se dodava voda i so race se mesi testo koe nema da e ni mnogu meko nitu pak tvrdo.
Se pokriva so krpa i ostava na toplo da kisne,okolu 45 min.
Gotovo testo so zgolemen volumen se vadi na nabrasneta rabotna povrsina,se promesuva kratko.
Testo se deli na povece topki, kolku sto ima clenovi vo semejstvoto.Vo edna topka se stava paricka zavitkana so malku aluminiumska folija.
