Spanski vetar torta recept so slika .// Spanish wind cake recipe the picture.


Torta spanski vetar,bogata so fil i orevi,e torta so bogat fil i celosna bela struktura,navkusna torta ,sto sum ja probala,eve kako se pravo po moj recept koj go cuvam okolu 30 god.
Ovaa torta e izrabotena kako torta so dekoracija Sirena so delfini-slika.





Sostojki:
-Za 2 kori:
-12 belki
-12 s.lazici secer
-12 s.lazici brasno
-300g meleni orevi
-malku pecivo

Za fil:
-1 litar presno mleko
-12 zolcke
-20 lazici secer
-2 vrecice vanilin secer
-14 lazici brasno
-250g margarin-puter
-500ml slatka pavlaka
-250g sitno seckani orevi za vo fil

Za dekoracija domasen fondan ili slag pena...jas koristev fondan za dekoracija i dekorativni detalji.

Podgotovka:
Belkite se delat od zolcki,se stavaat vo sad za matenje ,se dodava secer se mati gust sam od belki i secer,se dodava brasno,malku pecivo i meleni orevi,se promesuva lesno.
Tepsija ( od trajno zarecki sporet) za pecenje se oblaga so hartija za pecenje i se istura smesa za torta da se pece vo vece zagreana pecka na 170C,kora za torta se pece 15 minuti.
Ista postapka se povtoruva uste ednas i se pecat dve kori,a ispecenite kori se secat na polovina i se filuvaat so fil.
Za fi se mesaat zolcki so secer i brasno, so pomos na mikser se izmatuvaat ubavo,se dodava i od ladno mleko okolu 200ml,a ostanatiot del od mleko 800ml se stava vo podlaboko tendjere na sporet da se zagreva.
Stom provrie mleko,vo nego se istura izmesana smesa od zolcki i se vari fil, na voobicaen nacin dodeka se zgusne,potoa se trga na ladno za da se oladi.
Otakao se izladi filot se dodava vo izmaten margarin so vanilin secer,se spojuvaat so fil,se dodavaat seckani orevi, i se filuvaat isecenite kori na polovina.


Slatka pavlaka isto taka se mati gusto i se podgotvuva za filuvanje na torta, pavlaka pred toa treba da e izvadena od frizider-ladna.
Kora za torta se stava na tacna za filuvanje prvo kora,potoa zolt fil so orevi,slatka pavlaka,kora,zolt fil,slatka pavlaka,se taka dodeka ne se izfiluvaat korite kako slikata sto e prikazano,no se ostava od fil za celata torta da se premaze so fil.
Na kraj se podgotvuva domasen fondan i se pokriva celata torta i ukrasuva po zelba.Za ovaa moja torta so sirena i delfini e koristena dupla merka.

Spanish wind cake recipe the picture.

Spanish wind cake, rich with filling and nuts, cake is so rich and full fill white structure tasty cake, which sum I tried, here is how the law of my recipe which has cuvam about 30 years.

Ingredients:
-For 2 crust:
-12 whites

-20 tablespoons sugar

-14 tablespoons flour
-250g margarine butter
-500ml cream

Preparation:
