Tatlija pareni kolaci so kokos.//Tatlija cakes are steamed coconut.


Ovaa se vkusni serbet slatki,za ljubiteli na vakvi deserti,koj proba veruvam so zadovolstvo ce uziva vo vkusot.



Sostojki:

500g se namensko belo brasno
250g pcenicni griz
300ml topla voda
300ml soncogledovo rastitelno maslo
1 kocka svez kvasec
1 vrecica prasok za pecivo
50g kokosovo brasno
2 kasiki kakao vo prav

Za serbet:

800g bel secer
800ml voda
sok od pola limon



Podgotovka:
Prvo serbet go stavame da se svari,i vrie 10 minuti,a potoa go trgame da se ozladi,i mu se dodava limonov sok ili limon isecen na krugovi.
Vo drug sad gi mesame dvete suvi sostojki ,belo brasno so griz, go dodavam i prasok za pecivo,kocka svez kvasec,promesuvame,sipuvame topla voda,i ostavam da se rastopi kvasecot.
Vo vece rastopeniot kvasec,se dodava maslo,i mesime testo da se zamesuvam ubavo.
Potoa testo go delime na dva dela, bel de da e pogolem, a vo 2 del stavame kakao,i treba da e pomalo testo.
Sekoja topka testo ja delime na po uste 4 dela,da se dobie vk:8 topki.


Rasukuvame prvo bela topka vo kora,potoa i kafeava topka ja rasukuvame vo mala kora ,pomala od bela kora.
Stavame na bela kora kokos za da ja pokrie povrsina na cela kora,stavame kafeava kora i vrz nea stavame kokos po cela povrsina i motame rolna.
Istoto go pravime so site kori i dobivate 4 rolni,a potoa so ostar i tenok noz seceme potenki parcinja i redime vo tepsija za pecenje.( vidi sliki podolu).


Rerna ja vklucuvame,a kolaci za toa vreme gi ostavate da odstojat 15 min i vednas peceme na umerena temperatura.No pri kraj pojacuvame temperatura zaradi toa da se zarumene poubavo i da se vkusni.

Gotove tatlija kolacinja so kokos gi parime so vrel serbet ili obratno so laden serbet,a vreli kolacinja.
Odlicen posen desert za slavi, i licno slatki zadovolstva za so kafence...:).. very tasty fasting tatlija cake.

Recipe in English:
Tatlija cakes are steamed coconut.

This is delicious sherbet sweet, loving to such desserts, which I believe rehearsal with pleasure will enjoy the taste.
Ingredients:

500g is dedicated white flour
250g semolina pcenicni
300ml warm water
300ml vegetable oil
1 cube of fresh yeast
1 sachet of baking powder for cakes
50g coconut flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

For sirup:

800g white sugar
800ml water
juice of half a lemon
Preparation:
First cook the syrup to boil 10 min then remove to cool and add lemon juice or cut out slices of lemon.
In another bowl stir dry ingredients, white flour, with wheat semolina, add baking powder, cubes of fresh yeast.Stir ingredients and add hot water and let it dissolve yeast.
In the dissolved yeast to add oil, and knead the dough well uniformization.
Then divide the dough into two parts, white part to be council.A the second part put cocoa and should be less dough.
Each test ó share on even after 4 balls and have a total of 8 ball.
Bark stretch rolling pin, white to be bigger than the brown.

The same procedure doing from all bark and get 4 rolne.I cut with a sharp knife thin plots and add the baking pan. (See picture)
Turn on the oven, the cake this time let it stand for 15 Min immediately bake at moderate temperature to intensify 180-200C..with end temperature to golden brown cakes, and they taste better.
Ready-made cakes with coconut mate with boiling syrup, or vice versa - cold syrup, and hot cakes.
