Russian hats recipe.**Ruske kape recept.

Ruske kape ili ,,saburice''kako obicno gi narekuvame,vkusni domasni kolaci so fil vo sredina i od stani.Prelieni so cokolada i kokosovo brasno na fil odnadvor.Navistina se posakuvan desert.Cesto koga odam na slavi mnogu domacinki gi podgotvuvaat.
Recept:

Sostojki:

  • 3 jajca
  • 5 fildzani secer ( fildzan do 70 ml so ist se meri se )
  • 3 fildjani maslo
  • 3 fildjani mleko
  • 7 fildjani brasno
  • 2 lazici kakao
  • 1 prasok za pecivo
  • 100g temna cokolada za gotvenje
  • 100g kokos
Za fil od strana i sredina:
  • 500ml mlrko
  • 150g secer
  • 5 lazici gustin
  • 120g margarin
Podgotovka:
Se matat jajca so secer podolgo,se dodava maslo,mleko,i se mati kratko,se dodava i brasno izmesano so kakao i prasok za pecivo.
Se soedinuvaat sostojkite,tava za pecenje se namstiva so malku maslo za jadenje,se posoluva brasno.
rerna se zagreva na 200C se stava torta i se namaluva na 170C.
Se istura testo za pecenje vo tava za pecenje.i se pece20 min.Se vadi potoa da se ladi.
Izladena torta se sece na polovina i se pravi fil.

Za fil se stava mleko da zovrije,a del od ladno se ostava za mesanje na secer so gustin i se vari fil na voobicaen nacin.Vo izladen fil se vmesuva margarin.
Polovina fil se stava vo sredina na torta vrz eden del,koj potoa se pokriva so drug del.
Se sece cela torta na kocki i so noz se zema po malku i tenok sloj od fil se nanesuva na torticki od site strani.
Sekoja torticka se trkala vo kokos.
Cokolada se topi so ( malku maslo=6 lazici.)
Se nanesuva  po malku preku sekoja kocka torticka.
Se ukrasuvaat po zelba.I se navistina vkusen desert koj saka povece vreme za da se napravi..
No zatoa uzivanjeto e vistinsko...:)

Russian hats recipe.

Very fine homemade cakes, are of a type of filled cakes and one of many of my version of njih.All of when they would not have worshiped, when they try, what a lovely taste soft.That fired me, I often say to them.


Ingredients:

3 eggs
5 cup ( from 70 ml) of sugar to measure the same with salt
3 cup oil
3 cups milk
7 cups flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 Bag baking powder
100g dark chocolate for cooking
100g coconut flour

To fil:

*500ml milk
*150g sugar
*5 tablespoons starch for cakes
* margarine-120g

Preparation:

Whisk the eggs with sugar and add the other ingredients in order, oil, milk, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa.

Pour the prepared mixture into a greased and lined with paper baking sheet, somewhat larger, in order to help turn out the dough, which you can cut in half and fill them. (Corresponding to pan electric stoves.)
Bake cake in hated  oven at 200C and then reduced to 170C.bake 20 min.Leave it cool.
Whisk cornstarch with sugar add a little milk, and the rest of the milk put to cook.Boiling milk pour the cream of density stirring constantly until it boils and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then remove to cool, whisk foam margarine and add the filling, beat until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Bark for the cake ,you bake cut in half, and half put the cue on the part of the crust, you cut, cover the second crust.


Cakes (hat) cut into cubes and each cube drip outside filling, roll in coconut and Rack up on the tray.

Melt chocolate with a little oil and above on each hat put the chocolate cream and decorate at will.
