Ovesni snegulki za dorucek (dietalen i zdrav obrok).// Snowflakes for breakfast (diet and healthy breakfast)


Ovoj obrok jas cesto go koristam,a po nekogas go jadam i za vecera ( dodeka ne mi zdosadi,no si ima efekt na slabeenje,samo da ne jadete mnogu blago,po malku mozete.
Lesen obrok ,zdrav ( healthy) a posebno ako stavite povece od ovesni snegulki ce imati bas mnogu benefiti za vaseto zdravje.Ovaa go pisuvam od iskustvo,zosto oves e dna mnogu korisna hrana polna so vitamini i minerali,ce imate bujna i sjajna kosa...:)

Sostojki:

*300g kiselo mleko (domasno e najubavo)
*5 lazici polni ovesni snegulki
*1 lazica med

Podgotovka:
Vo pogolema keramicka zdela -moze i staklena, stavame kiselo mleko,najubavo e domasno,ako imate,i gi dodavame ovesnite snegulki,dodajte i lazica med,Mesame ubavo i ostavete na strana da nabobrat snegulkite ( zitarice),okolu 30 minuti.
Potoa se jadat za dorucek i se odlicna dijetalna hrana i plus evtina dieta a sepak zdrav obrok.
Jas ovaa go primenuvam cesto za da ne dodadam povece kilogrami..oti sum si sklona na kacuvanje kilogrami.
Sum si gurmanski tip,obozavam da gotvam no i da si potkasnam,pa treba da se probuva sto se pravi zarem ne...:))))
A oves e isto taka i poln so mineralli i e hranlliva zitarica.
