Lenten dessert with rice, cranberries and buckwheat.

This is my new created me personally recipe, I have a lot of ideas and I'll work on light and tasty and healthy recipe.Have and challenging but I love this bass, I enjoy the healthier we eat all.This is also gluten-free recipe.


7 tablespoons rice
2 tablespoons tablespoons of buckwheat grain
3 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ground walnuts

Clean the rice, then the stove in a small pot, put the 600ml water to the boil.

When the water boils add the washed rice and buckwheat grains that are cooked until tender and liquid absorbed, but quite.
Cooked cereal prone to small pots with a stove and let it be a little cool.

For children also recommend, with some small changes in the composition.
