Kocki od biskviti rum i suho grozje.//Cubes with rum and dried grapes.


Kolacinja se neizostaven del, za sekoja praznicna atmosfera,zatoa eve moj predlog kako da ja zbogatite svojata bozicna ili novogodisna trpeza so nesto vkusno.Toa se ovie kolacinja so suvo grozje i rum.Ne se pecat i za mnogu brzo vreme imate desert na trpeza.

Sostojki:

100g sitno krseni biskviti
100g meleni biskviti
1 s.lazica med
100g puter-ili margarin za posni kolaci
50g suvog grozje
1 s.lazica rum
70g cokolada za gotvenje
2-3 kocki bele cokolade za ukras
100g rastopena cokolada za preliv
100g kafeav secer
1 vanilin secer

Podgotovka:
Vo sad za gotvenje stavete i istopete gi puter, 70g cokolada so med na tivok ogan ili na para kako vam vi e polesno.
Biskviti somelete gi polovina, a ednite pak iskrsete gi na positni parcinja,i izmesajte so kafeav secer.dodajte i vanilin secer.
Suvo grozje po zelba iseckajte na positno ili celi zrna potopete go vo rum i malku ostavite da odstoi, za da se izmesaat miris na rum so suvo grozje.
Otkako ste go rastopile puter ,so cokolada i med dodadete vo suvi sostojki od biskviti,secer i vanilin secer.

Ubavo so lazica izmesajte ja smesata da se soedinat sostojki,i zemete pravoagolna tava ili pomal kalap i stavete prozirna folija.
Isturete ja smesata za kolaci vrz folija,i izramnete ja povrsinata na mesa za kolaci,pokrijte so druga folija i ostavete da se stegne.
Za toa vreme dodeka se izladi smesata za stanglicki so rum i suvo grozje,vie spremete go cokolado.Rastopete na tivko vobicaeno kako za drugi slakisi, so malku maslo.i prelijte vrz oladenata smesa za kocki.
Ostavete povtorno da se izladi i povtorno dekorirajte so omeknato belo cokolado i secete na kocki ili pravoagolni stanglicki.
Ostavete vo korpicki za serviranje,neka ovaa bide vas vkusen desert za praznici.
Kako za Bozic..ili novogodisni praznici.
