Tikva so integralen oriz i zitarki.//Pumpkin with integral rice and cereals.


Ovoj desert ne veruvam deka ste go pravile,no koga ce probate veruvam ce vi se dopadne,vkusen lesen i zdrav,i ce vi dade oset deka ste siti.
Samiot naslov zboruva tikva kako zdrava hrana,i dodatoci so semenki od soncogled iseme  susam.Eve kako jas napraviv edna za mene interesna kombinacija.



Sostojki:

  • 200g varena tikva ( pecenka taka  se vika kaj nas ili bundeva )
  • 100g integralen oriz
  • 2 lazici domasen med
  • 1 lazica seme od soncogled
  • malku semenki od  susam
  • malku cimet
  • 1 -2 lazici suva brusnica
Podgotovka:
Tikva po moznost pozrela, prvo  izmijte ja so voda izlupete  i ja korata,a potoa secete na pomali kocki,stavajte po pogolem sad i dodajte 150ml voda da se vari na parea povece. (45min)
Orizot i nego iscistete go,izmijte go i stavate so voda da se svari celosno .
Svarenite oriz i tikva gi ostavate da se izladi malku,a potoa gi stavame vo cinija za serviranje,prvo stavame 2 lazici od oriz,posle redime parcinja tikva,pak stavame oriz.
Najposle vrz tikva i oriz stavame med 1 lazica, za edna cinija,stavme semenki od soncogled,seme od susam i posoluvame i so malku cimet.


Nafrluvame i brusnica vo cinija,deluva dekorativno i e vkusna, so ovaa mesavina,kako dodatok.
Ovoj 'zdrav i posen desert' e vkusen i zasituva, podolgo vreme ce se cuvstvuvate siti,oti ima i semenki,med,se sto e zdravo i korisno za nas.

 Pumpkin with integral rice and cereals.
Components:
-200g boiled pumpkin
-100g integral rice
-2 domestic spoons honey
-1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

A little cinnamon
1-2 tablespoons dried cranberries
PREPARATION
