Honey chocolate cubes.**Slatki kocki so djem.


Ova e vkusna domašna torta ja ima na mnogu nacini, ova e eden od niv.

Vkusno i lesno da podgotovka.Ovo posna varijanta ili bez jajca, no neodolivo vkusna.

Sostojki:

-2.5 (čaša 200ml) brašno,
-1,5 čaša šeḱer
-1.5 casa  mleko
-polovina vreḱicka  cimet
-1 mala lažica soda bikarbona
-5 lažici djema od slivi ili kajsija, (džem dodadete i povece ako sakate i za odozgora).

Glazura:

-100 gr čokolado za gotvenje
-2 lažica šeḱer
-1 lažica margarin
-3 lažici mleko
Za glazura izmešajte gi site sostojki vo mal sad,i se se meša,so lazica da se soedinat sostojkite.

Podgotovka:

Izmešajte brašno i šeḱer, dodajte dzem,mleko,mesajci so lazica,se dodava i cimet,i soda bikarbona.

Se mesat sostojki ubavo i  testoto se stava vo podmačkan i posipan so brašno plek za pečenje  da se peče na 170C za okolu 30-40 min.
Nekolku lazici djem treba da ima i za odozgora preku izladena torta, jas se koristev djem na slivi..
Preku namackana torta so djem od slivi,torta se preliva so rastopena čokoladna glazura, se stava vo frižider da se stegne i se seče na kocki i sluzi.Vkusno blago so ednostavni sostojki od kujna.

This is a delicious homemade cake has him in a lot of variation, this is one of them.

Delicious and easy to cooking.Ovo the Fat variant or without eggs, yet irresistibly tasty.

Ingredients:

2.5 (cup of 200ml) of flour,
1.5 cup of sugar
1.5 couf of milk
half bags of cinnamon
1 small tablespoon of baking soda
5 tbsp djema of plum or apricot,( add jam as needed).

Glaze:

100g dark chocolate for cooking
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
3 tablespoons milk
For the glaze mix all ingredients in small pots and mixed it does not stick, when are combined then pour it over the cake.

Preparation:

Mix flour and sugar, jam, cinnamon and barrel bikarbonu and knead the dough with milk.
Almost dough put in a greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan to bake at 170C for about 30-40 min.
Few djema should have and that coating, baked and chilled pastry, I used djem of plum.
Over coated djema of plum on the cake, pour the melted chocolate glaze, put in the fridge to tighten cut into cubes and slime.
