Makedonski ajvar so crven piper modar domat i morkovi .//Macedonian ajvar with red peppers and carrots blue tomato.


Ovaa recept za domasen ajvar i e edna vkusna kombinacija na zelencuci,jas ja obozavam,posebno sto e pikanten,bidejci stavam i luta vezena piperka.
Treba povece vreme za podgotovka no vkusot e odlicen i vredi da se napravi za zimnica.



Potrebni sostojki:



18-20 kg mesnati crveni piperki
5kg modar patlidjan
600g-1 kg vezeni crveni luti piperki
2 kg svezi morkovi
800ml - 1 litar maslo
sol po vkus
2 polni supeni kasiki senf
1 glavica pogolema luk
magdonos po vkus edna polna raka grancinja.


Podgotovka:

1.Prvo zelencuk ubavo go mieme ,na modri domati im gi vadime drskite,lukot go lupime od luspi,a morkovi gi strugame povrsinski za da se odstrani korica.
2.Izmienite piperki gi peceme na sporet na plotna,gi stavame vo kofa ili najlon, gi pokrivame i ostavme da se izladat malku potoa gi cistime od semki i luspi.
3.Modri domati gi redime vo tepsija i peceme na 250C okolu 30 min ,a potoa ladime i lupime.Site zelencuci gi meljame so masinka za meso osven luk i magdonos.
4.Otkako site produkti se spremeni gi stavame vo pogolemo tendjere na sporet ,(obicno se koristi sporet za taa namena za zimnica).
5.Ovoj ajvar treba celo vreme da se mesa i uste na pocetok se dodava maslo i luk za da se omekne luk poubavo,potrebno vreme za da bide gotov ovoj ajvar e 2 casa.
6.Na kraj otkako e celata visok tecnost izvriena ,se stava sehf,i magdonos, i se promesuva kratko i sobira vo cisti zagreani tegli,se vitka vo kebe i ostava da se oladi do utre denta.
Mnogu vkusen domasen ajvar od mesan zelencuk,i izleguvaat 13 tegli.Koj saka po sopstven vkus se dodava malku ocet vinski i secer.( jas ne dodavav sakam so vakov vkus)

Macedonian ajvar with red peppers and carrots blue tomato.

 This is a recipe for homemade chutney and a delicious combination of various vegetable.I winter like this because it is especially tasty and pikante,have and  put chili peppers embroidered.
You will need more time to make, but it tastes great and worth the effort.
Components:
18-20 kg fleshy red peppers
5kg blue tomato
600g kg-1 embroidered red peppers chili
2 kg fresh carrots
800 ml -1 liter of oil
salt to taste
2 full tablespoons mustard
1 large white onion
parsley to taste a full hands
.
Preparation:
1.First wash vegetables, tomatoes clean blue of the handle, peel garlic, and carrots remove the surface layer of crust.
2.Wash and bake peppers on the plate, put the periods in container or nylon, cover and leave to cool a little then clean from seed and scales.
Rack up 3.blue tomatoes in the pan and bake at 250C for about 30 minutes, then cool and peel.

Who loves after his own taste and add a little wine vinegar and sugar. (I like to add this flavor).
