Bezglutenski pogacice.//Gluten-free bread.



Za ovie vkusni pogacici eve sleduva i recept tie se moja kombinacija,a ce sleduvaat uste mnogu takvi recepti..za deca koi imat alergii,na gluten ili se so dermatiti i ekcemi.
OVAA E NASE LICNO ISKUSTVO...
So ovie recepti sakam da pomognam na mladi majki na deca so problemi so dermatit...licno iskustvo imame so clen od semejstvo i so restrikcija na mlecni proizvodi,i sega 3 dnevna bezglutenska ishrana dermatit se stivnuva..( sekako i so lekarski preparati za nega na koza)
Jas slucano procitav vo eden hrono gotvac sto go imav kupeno ,koi proizvodi sodrzat gluten..kako sto se pcenica ,jacmen i rz..No pcenka i oves ne sodrzat gluten iako e vazno nivno izolirano proizvodstvo i melenje..Na mojot vnucko koj ima 17 meseci mu pravam corbici so razni zelencuci ,,a zamena za leb mu gi napraviv ovie pogacici.Nam ni pomogna ovoj nacin da se ublazat simtomite.
Sega se spremam da mu osmislam i desert,zosto toj saka i slatki raboti da kasne osven ovosje,za koe znaeme deka e najzdravo.
Za nasa radost dermatit stivnuva se namaluva crvenilo i cesanje..a pomosno sredstvo ni bese i sok za jaknenje imunitet,( oti imunitet e glaven kaj alergii)..i za sok ce ima recept.
Sostojki:
*proino ( pcenkarno) sitno meleno brasno ( od nemodificirana pcenaka)
*ovesni snegulki ( meleni na blender )
*1 lazicka secer
* malku sol ili edna cetvrtina lazicka mala
* malo fildjance maslo-70ml
*topla voda kolku da se zamesat pogackite.
*malo parce svez kvasec
Vo malku mlaka voda so secer rastopuvame kvasec,dodavame maslo,sol,proino brasno, za ovie pogacki jas potrosiv 350g ,a dodadov i dve saki taka merev od ovesni snegulki i gi somelev...( sepak mozete i da se konsultirate so svoj lekar za poubavo objasnuvanje).
Mesime ubavo ,a po potreba dodavame od proino brasno da dobieme ne mnogu tvrda smesa,nitu pak meka.za da moze poubavo da se ispecat i da ne se mnogu tvrdi.
Rernata ja vklucuvame na 250C, posle oformufanje na pogacki,pogacki so race gi oformuvame i redime vo tava oblozena so hartija,gi stavame vo rerna namaluvame na 180C i peceme 20-30min..zavisno kolku se debeli.
A za proverka vadime pogacka ja raskrsuvame i procenuvame dali e pecena.

Components:
