Ovaa e mnogu vkusna i ednostavna balkava za izrabotka,no so povece orevi e mnogu vkusna.A formata mi e interesna i zatoa na ovoj nacin ja napraviv.

Sostojki:

  • 500g tenki kori za baklava
  • maslo
  • 400g meleni orevi
  • 5 lazici secer
  • 2 vanila secer
  • 200g meleni posni biskviti ( ili mrsno ako pravite mrsna baklava)
  • 120g rastopen margarin

Za serbet:
800g secer,800ml voda i malku sok od limon.

Podgotovka:
Orevi gi meleme,i biskviti isto taka gi meleme potoa vo podlabok sad gi mesame zaedno so vanilin secer i kristalen secer.Zemame tava,ja namstuvame so maslo,i potoa na rabotna masa zemame od kori i po edna kora motame posebno.Pak prskame so maslo i stavame povece od fil,motame rolna so igla na pocetok na kora,ja naguzvuvame baklavata,
