Peceni snicli so kaskaval i zelencuk.// Grilled steaks are ordinary cheese and vegetables.


Resiv malku da eksperimentiram so vkusovi,i prilozi na meso, i eve sto izleze mene mi se dopadna,probajte i vie mozebi ce ve odusevi kombinacijata.
Sostojki:( za 2 lica)

  • 3-4 svinski snicli ( meso od but)
  • 1 pogolem strak praz
  • 3 crveni piperki svezi ( jas koristev od zamrznuvac celi za polnenje imav)
  • 50g kaskaval-rastitelen-posen
  • 1 cesne luk
  • zacini ( vegeta,malku cubrica,biber melen i magdonos)
  • maslo po potreba
Meso go mieme so voda,pekac tava ja namstuvame so malku povece maslo ili mast,stavame meso i zacinete so site zacini.vegeta ,biber,magdonos,cubrica, i dopira so luk, za da dobie od mirisot na luk.
Potoa se dodava seckan na pokrupno praz,piperkite gi seckame i niv na pokrupno gi dodavame, edna e pozelno da e luta za poluto jadenje.
Zelencuk se stava odstrana okolu meso i proprskuvame so maslo posoluvame malku, go mesame zelencuk,i se naleva so malku voda,za jadenje da se dinsta,praz ne treba da se isusi.





Pokrijte tava za pecenje,i stavame vo zagreana rerna da se pece okolu 45 min- 1 cas,dodeka mesoto se ispece.
Pri kraj tavata ja otvarame go zapecuvame kratko mesoto, i stavame vrz meso parcinja kaskaval kako na slikata i rendame i vrz zelencuk od kaskaval po vkus ,moze povece da stavite ako sakate .
Vracame vo rerna tava za da ni omekne kaskaval,uste 10 min,i sluzime toplo,kaskaval si ostanuva na meso i e mnogu vkusno jadenje.

Grilled steaks are ordinary cheese and vegetables.

I wanted to try something a little new, new tastes and experimenting with attachments for dish.I here's what I did, as it considers,my liked it a try and maybe you will not, and you love this combination.

 Ingredients: for 2 persons
3-4 pork chops (meat from the leg)
1 large leek
3 fresh red peppers (I used the freezer I had one charging device)
50g cheese-vegetable
1 clove garlic
spices (seasoning, little Čubrić, pepper and parsley)
oil if necessary
