Vanila torta so visni.//Vanilla cake with cherries.


Vanila torta,vkusna kremasta domasna torta,navistina e so poseben vkus.I eve kako e napravena ovaa torta,koja moze da bide vas desert za rodenden ili proslava.
Sostojki: ( za kora)

  • 7 jajca
  • 7 lazici secer
  • 3 lazici brasno
  • 70g meleni  lesnici ili orevi
  • malku pecivo
  • 30g rendana cokolada za gotvenje


Podgotovka na kori:
  1. 7 belki mati so 7 lazici secer i se dodava uste 3 zolcki,otkako se zgusne, dodaj i 3 lazici brasno i 70g meleni lesnici i malku pecivo,i 30g rendana cokolada.
  2. Peci kora 15 min. i potoa seci na dva dela.
Za fil potrebno:
  • 600ml mleko
  • 200g secer
  • 4 zolcki,
  • 2 pudinga od vanila,
  • 2 vanilin secer 
  •  200g margarin
  • visnji od slatko .
Podgotovka:
Mati 4 zolcki so 200g secer i dva pudinga od vanila i malku ladno mleko mutete dobro ,se dodava vo zovrienoto mleko i vari gust fil i ostavi na strana da se izladi.
Vo izladenata smesa se dodava 200g margarin i 2 vanilin secer i se mati smesa so mikser .
Za glazura na kori:
100g cokolada za gotvenje i 100ml svezo mleko od tetrapak.(seto ovaa treba da se rastopi .i so ovoj preliv se prelivat dvete kori.
A za dekoracija se koristi slag pena 160g.izmatena so 400ml ladno mleko a posle nanesete ja na celata povrsina na torta,se ukrasuva so cokoladni troski.
Eden del od slag odi i vo sredina kako vtor fil.
Redosled na filuvanje;
Kora ,preliv so cokolada fil so vanila visnji naizmenicno vrz filot.pak slag pena .pak kora preliena so cokoladen preliv ,fil od vanila visni i slag kako krajna dekoracija ili po zelba.dodavanje na uste kori i dekoracija so slag pena,i cokoladni troski.

Vanilla cake with cherries.

Ingredients: (to bark)

-7 eggs
-7 tablespoons sugar
-3 tablespoons flour
-70g ground hazelnuts or walnuts
