Posna tava so oriz i vezeni piperki.&Meatless dish of rice and embroidered peppers.


Ovaa e edno ednostavno no vkusno posno jadenje, kade sto se zastapeni i mnogu vitamini i minerali,vo sostav ima nekolku vrsti na zelencuk.Ovaa e lesno i brzo jadenje za podgotovka, za samo 10 min vlozen trud ako ne se smeta vreme za varenje imate vkusen posen obrok.
Sostojki:

  • 1 casa oriz
  • 1 glavica kromid
  • 1 strak mlad luk
  • 4-5 suvi vezeni piperki
  • mal rendan morkov
  • magdonos
  • 50ml sos od domasni domati od zimnica-( moze i svez mal domat)
  • sol,vegeta,melen biber,malku djumbir
  • melen crven piper
  • feferonki za prilog
  • maslo

Stavame maslo na tigan okolu 100ml ,se dodava seckan lupen kromid i so malku voda dinstame,dodavame zaedno i cekan mlad luk,malku rendame morkov.magdonos proprzuvame.
I piperki treba da se izmijat i cistat od semki se seckat i se zaedno se mesa, proprzuva so malku voda kratko,se dodava soso od domati ,i na kraj se dodava iscisten i izmien oriz, zacini, sol ,vegeta,biber,i lazica crven piper.


Mesame ubavo i se naleva so voda dva prsta povece otkolku sto ce go pokrie voda zelencukot.
Stavame vo zagreana rerna na 230C da se dinsta vo pekac.
Za okolu 40 min jadenje e gotovo ili pokratko vreme,sluzime toplo so feferonki ili so sezonska salata.dekoracija so grancinja svez magdonos.
So ovaa jadenje odi i domasen leb,i ce imate vistinski vkusen rucek.

Meatless dish of rice and embroidered peppers.


This is a simple but tasty dish fasting, where you have a lot of minerals and vitamins.
