Mini torta so ribizli -familijaren brz desert.// Mini cake with cranberry-family desert.


Eve od mene eden recept za vkusna mala torta bez mnogu trud.I ovaa torta e za 10 lica,bas mini torta
Sostojki:( za kora):

  • 2 jajca
  • 2 lazici secer
  • 5 lazici meleni orevi
  • 2 lazici brasno
Za fil:

  • 1 puding so cokolada
  • 300ml mleko
  • 100g secer
  • 50g crna  cokolada +3 lazici slatko mleko
  • 50g margarin za slatki
  • 1  kesicka vanilin secer 
  • 50g meleni orevi
  • 100g slag pena
  • + 250 ml ladno mleko za slag pena
  • 2 reda crna cokolada za vo slag.
  • slatko od ribizli
  •  sok od eden portokal
Za kora matime  belki so secer vo sad za matenje,potoa gi dodavam zoltki i brasno,meleni orevi i ja sipuvame smesa vo okrugla tava  ( ili tendzere) sto ima sirina 20cm.Peceme na 180C ,samo 15 min.
Za podgotovka na fil varime mleko,so secer mesame puding.
I so malku ladno mleko go razmatuvame i sipuvame vo vece provrieno vrelo mleko i varime fil,dodeka se zgusne,trgame nastrana i ladime fil.
Vo drug mal sad rastopuvame cokolada 50g so 3 lazici mleko i vo nea uste topla gi dodavame meleni orevi.
Margarin go matime so vanilin secer i postepeno go dodavam izladeniot fil.
Na kraj  dodavam i cokolada so orevi mesame fil ubavo da se soedini.
Slag pena i mleko zaedno gi matime vo gusta smesa,mal del delime i vo nego dodavam rendana cokolada .
Sladuva filuvanje:
Korata ja prskame so isceden sok od portokal,stavame  krem od cokolada, fil,vrz nego stavame slag so rendana cokolada so debelina okolu eden prst-1 cm.Vrz slagot stavame slatko od ribizli vrz celata povrsina.I na kraj ja dekoriram celata torta so slag pena.Ovaa mini torta mozete da si ja napravite i pogolema so dupliranje na namirnici.
Iskreno moj komentar e deka mnogu vkusna i meka,ja preporacuvam za 8 martovsko domasno druzenje so bliskite.

Mini cake with cranberry-family desert.

Eve from me one recipe for a delicious little cake without much trud.I this cake is for 10 persons, bass mini cake.
:( ingredients for crust)

2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons meleni nuts
2 tablespoons flour
For the filling:

1 chocolate pudding
300ml milk
100g sugar
50g dark chocolate for cooking + 3 Lazic sweet milk
50g butter for sweet
1 vanilla sugar bag
50g walnuts melted
100g cream foam
+ 250ml cold milk for cream foam

Preparation:
