Ovoj recept ce odi bez slika go imam praveno odamna no ne go slikav,na baranje na edna clenka od grupa na facebook resiv da go spodelam,a moze i ce go napravam pak i slika ce prikacam.
Sostojki:

  • 2kg portokali ( portokal)
  • 2 1/2kg secer
  • sok od 2 limona
PODGOTOVKA:
Se zemaat jafa portokali,se mijat korata se sece na sitni parcinjai stava vo cist sad,koj sluzi samo za varenje slatko za da ne povlece mirisi od druga hrana.Se dodava secer se mesa se ubavo i ostava da prenoci.
Potoa drugiot den sadot so portokali i secer ,se stava na sporet,za portokalite malku da se svarat.
Barenite kori se secat na najtenki parcinja i se mesaat so ostanati izlupeni portokali ( sredina so sok)..se dodava sok od limonite i vari djem dodeka se zgusne i bide gotov.
Gotov djem se trga od sporet i se polnat tegli cisti suvi i sterilni,uste vrel djem se sobira i zavitkuva da prenoci za da ne se dodavat konzervansi.
A za samata kora sega portokalite se prskaat postoi postapka so voda i soda bikarbona za da izlezat pesticidi,pred podgotovka.
A recept mi e od eden mnogu star gotvac koj e poln so recepti nema sto nema..od likeri.djin,djemovi sokovi sladoledi puding torti,kolaci,baklavi....znaci stari recepti...koi doprva ce gi isprobuvam i spodeluvam preubavi se...ama sega vo trend se novi i moderni recepti pa povece ce rabotam na taa tema
I najvazno e sto od nego se moite pocetoci so slatkarstavo ,moj prv gotvac otkako stanav domacinka.
A imam i ubav recept za sirup od portokali.
