Coftinja so soja i meleno meso.//Meatball with soy and minced meat.

Ako sakate da ste i siti i ekonomicni a voedno i da jadete od zdrava hrana napravete si od moite soini  coftenca, brzi se i lesni za podgotovka.Vaka jas gi napraviv ,obrok za 2 lica.


Sostojki:

  • 150g  svinsko ili telesko meleno meso
  • 100g poln soini troski ( ne modificirana soja )
  • 1 jajce
  • 4 lazici brasno ( se dodava 1-2 plus lazici da da se dobie sredna gustina na testo)
  • 3 lazici k.voda ili obicna
  • 1 seckan mlad kromid
  • seckan polovina mlad luk
  • 3 lazici maslo
  • 1 lazica zacini
  • 1 lazica bukovec
  • seckani svez imagdonos
  • melen biber
  • malku prasok za pecivo ili soda bikarbona
  • 50 ml maslo za przenje
Podgotovka:
Prvo soja parime so vrela voda (kolku da ja pokrie i malku povece ),i dodeka drugite sostojki gi,seckame taa ostanuva da ja vpie tecnosta i da nabobri.

Vo podlabok sad za mesenje, stavete meleno meso,jajce i mesajte so lazica.
Potoa so red se dodava ,maslo,voda,seckani mlad kromid i seckan luk beliot del.
Se dodavai brasno so pecivo,a troski ubavo iscedete gi od voda.
Da izleze visok na voda od niv potoa  dodajte gi  vo smesa za koftinja.
Na kraj dodavame vegeta ,bukovec,seckan svez magdonos 3 grancinja,biber i mesisame ubavo po potreba dodavame i malku povece brasno ,ako soini troski  pustat voda.
Zagrevame tava na ogin i vo pomalku maslo so namastena lazica spustame od smesata i so pomos na lazica oblikuvame coftinja.(moze i so race da se oblikuvaat kako topcinja )
Przime okolu 8-10 min na tivko da ne ni izgorat i vo sredina ostanat gletavi i tecni.gi vadime na hartiena salfetka da ja vpijat visok na masnotijata.Sluzime so mek domasen leb mlado kromidce i po zelba prilog.

Recipe in English:

Meatball with soy and minced meat.

If you want to eat healthy food, fast, inexpensive, and be fed this bass to.Cufte of soy crumbs.For 2 persons.

Components:

150g and pork or veal minced meat
1 cup of 100 ml soybeans ( no modified soybeans)
1 egg
4 tablespoons of flour (if needs and add 1-2 spoons to give the average density of the dough
3 tbsp mineral water or ordinary
1 chopped young onion
 half waist young garlic
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon seasoning
1 tablespoon  coarse-ground pepper
chopped fresh parsley
ground pepper
little baking powder or baking soda
50 ml of oil for frying
Preparation:
Soy dip hot water and let stand to swell the soybeans.
In a deep pot put meat and egg, promissory notes and order to add ingredients., Oil, water, onion, white part garlik white,and add flour with baking powder, and soybean  wring water from a well and add to the mixture for meatballs
Then add Vegeta, pepper, 3 sprigs fresh parsley, pepper, if necessary add a little more flour if soybeans flush.
Heat the oil in the pan over the plate, and place of the meat loaf with a greased spoon to be fried, spoon shape them when leave.Maybe and greased hand to shape them as balls.
Fry for 8-10 min, the quiet fire that ignites and not to remain slack.Leave inside the paper that they come out of surplus oil.Serve with homemade bread and onion salad at you love.
A good appetite is very delicious ..!
