Gusarski kolacinja..//Pirates cakes recipe

 Eve recept za kolacinja koi se sluzat so kafence i dobro drustvo,moi gusarki kolacinja,koi brazo ,i lesno se pravat ama uste polesno i pobrzo se jadat uverete se...:)
Sostojki:

  • 250g margarin
  • 150g  kristal secer
  • 4 zolcki
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • brasno po potreba (okolu 300g)
  • lazica rum
  • djem od sipka
  • meleni orevi po zelba,50g za vnatre i 5-6 lazici meleni orevi za vo djem.
Prvo margarin so kristal secer,go omeknuvame vo tendjere na sporet, ( na najtivko, so energicno mesanje) ,Jas resiv da smenam postapka sto voobicaeno vazi za vakov vid na pogotovka na kolacinja,ovaa e moja metoda.
Otkako go omekneme margarinot ,no ne i zatoplime mu dodavame ,zoltki,vanilin secer ,se razbira vece se trga od sporet pred dodavanje na sosotojki,
Kako sto se jajca, za da ne se stvrdnat i ce si nemate kolacinja posle....:)
Dodavajte go i brasno po potreba, da zamesite testo sredna tvrdina.
Kako ce znaete ako ste pocetnik deka e dovolno,toa se odreduva taka sto testo pocne da se odlepuva od tendjereto ili drug sad ako go matite so mikser za testo.
So race pravime topcinja,i so prst dlabnatinka,peceme na 170C okolu 10-15 min i izladenite kolacinja gi vadime vo cinijai posoluvame so secer vo prav. ( kako na slikata podolu)..
A pak dlabnatinka ja polnime so djem izmesan so sitno meleni orevi.
Prijano kafence i sladok den..!

Pirates cakes recipe.
The recipe for cookies that are easily prepared simply, but also is easier to eat and make sure you make them.
Ingredients:

250g margarine
150g sugar crystal
4 egg yolks
1 vanilla sugar
flour as needed (about 300g)
tablespoon rum
djema of granular
ground walnuts if desired,
50g for inside
5-6 tablespoons ground nuts for the djem.
Preparation:
Soften the butter with sugar in a pot for cooking.at lowest temperature.
