Domasni kiflicki so kaskaval -posni.//Domestic lean rolls with cheese.


Ovoj mesec mi se blizi slava i resiv malku da eksperimentiram so nekoi novini koi ako mi se dopadnat ce gi primenam i za podgotovka na moi jadenja za slava.Pocnav od kiflicki,i resiv da probam eden drug nacin da gi napravam vo razni forni,nekoi se inspiracija i od net.
Eve kako gi napraviv jas moite posni kifli,a moite domasni degustatori bea zadovolni,sto znaci go pominav testot za ovaa novina.
Sostojki:

  • 1kg brasno -T-400
  • 1 kocka svez kvasec
  • 2 lazicki mali sol
  • 3 lazicki mali secer
  • 600ml kisela voda
  • 13 lazici maslo
  • 50g margarin i za vnatre i za odozgor
  • rastitelni kaskaval za vnatre
  • susam za odozgor vrz kiflite.
Vo dlabok sad za mesenje stavame brasno,dodava sol secer i kvasec,zatoa vreme se zagreva i vodata i del od nea se stava da se rastopi kvasecot,ostavame da stasa okolu polovina cas.Stasaniot kvasec go mesa so brasno i se dodava maslo i mesime ubavo i mazno testo koe se pokriva so platnena krpa i ostava na toplo, da stasa.Stasano testo kratko go promesuvame i vadime na rabotna povrsina,delime na dve topki gi oblikuvate so race da dobiete ubava forma i ostavate da se odmora 10 min.


Rasukuvame kora od niv sto potenka toa e poubavo ( kiflicki povece ce se listaat),ja premackuvame korata so margarin koj treba da e na sobna temperatura , potoa so rende rendame i rastitelen kaskaval.So pomos na noz sekac za kifli korata ja delime na 16 dela kako na slikata podolu i motame kiflicki.


Vklucuvame rerna ,i za toa vreme so topla voda pominuvame preku kiflickite solime susam i stavame po parce margarin,ostavame da stasaat i gi peceme na 230C okolu 15 min.
Kiflicki se meki i se so poseben miris i vkus,i se listaat kako da se lisnati.


Jas od edno testo napraviv povece formi eksperimentalno,site bea ubavi i vkusni.

Components:

1kg flour -T-400
1 cube of fresh yeast
2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon sugar
600ml mineral water
13 tbsp oil
