Grkljan baklava ( so igla)-posna so keks,orevi i cokolada//Baklava larynx (with needle) -fasting as biscuits, chocolate and nuts


 Ovaa e edna posna i mnogu vkusna baklava ,kupiv 1kg.kori i resiv da napravam dve razlicni baklavi,ednata bese so redenje na kori vcerasnata a ovaa e grkljan baklava koja brzo i lesno se pravi,a voedno e mnogu vkusna.Filot sama si go kreirav po moj vkus,i mi se dopadja a i domasnite ja degustiraa i dobiv pofalbi.Probajte ja i vie i ce vidite oti navistina e lesna i vkusna baklava.
Potrebni sostojki:

  • 500g kori za baklava
  • 200g meleni posni biskviti
  • 100g meleni orevi
  • 100g cokolada
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • 5 lazici secer
  • maslo po potreba
  • 50g topeno cokolado za dekoracija
Serbet: 700g secer da provrie so 700ml studena voda samo 10 min,se dodava sok od pola limon i se preleva vrz ladna baklava.

Baklava ja pravite taka sto prvo se podgotvuva za fil:
-meleni orevi,biskviti i seckana crna cokolada dodavame i secer i vanilin secer.
Redime edna kora ja prskame so maslo,redime i vtora kora i nea ja prskame so maslo.stavame fil na pocetok okolu 2 lazici od fil,i stavame igla i motame ubavo i na kraj so race gi sobirame kraevite ( guzvame ) ja izvlekuvame iglata i gi redime rolnite zguzvani vo tepsija.Potoa ja seceme baklavata na parcinja po sopstvena zelba.



Gotovi rolni baklava gi prskame ubavo so maslo, ili so rastopen margarin, i peceme 40 min vo vece zagreana rerna, dodeka se vcrvi baklavat.Pecena baklava ja ladime i prelevame so vrel serbet i pokrivame da go vpie serbetot.na kraj izladena ja dekorirame so topeno cokolado.
