Torta* Jakov* so jabolko...Jakov cake-name day for my grandson.

Ovaa e torta sto sama si ja kreirav i ja posvetiv na mojot vnuk Jakov, inaku e mnogu vkusna ednostavna i brza torta.Posebno ce naglasam deka e za ludje koi sakaat ne mnogu blagi torti.
Sostojki za ovaa torta:( neka vasha merka bide fildjan od 200ml)

  • 1 jabolko pogolemo lupeno i rendano
  • 1/2 fildjan secer  ( 100g )=( jas merev so solja sto odgovara na 100 ml tecnost)
  • 1 fildjan griz ( od 200 ml)
  • 1 jajce
  • 70g sitno seckani orevi ili meleni
  • 1/2 fildjan maslo
  • 1/2 fildjan mleko
  • 1 kesicka prasok za pecivo
  • 1 lazica kakao
  • 10 supeni polni lazici brasno
  • 100g crna cokolada za gotvenje topeno so 1 lazica margarin,1 lazica maslo.i malku belo cokolado za dekoracija.
Podgotovka:
Prvo go lupime jabolko, I rendame i stavame vo sad za matenje,Se odava  secer,griz,maslo,mleko,orevi,i postepeno mesame,go dodavame i jajceto i ubavo ja izednacuvame smesata.Potoa na kraj dodavame brasno i pecivo i lazica kakao so lazica ja izednacuvame ubavo smesata i ja isturame vo namastena tava  (br:26 okrugla),i so brasno posipana da ne se zalepi tortata.
Peceme vo zagreana rerna na 200C i namaluvame na 180C ,pecenjeto treba da trae 30min so proverka so cepkalka.Pecenata torta ja vadime i mlaka ja prskame so serbet ili jas koristev sok od slatko od lubenica, okolu 50 ml tecnost.Na kraj rastopuvame cokolada so 1 lazica margarin i 1 lazica maslo.ne treba da provrie tuku samo da se se rastopi.Ja prelevame tortata koja e skoro izladena i dekorirame so belo cokolado.
Za vkus nema da komentiram,mene mnogu mi se dopadna posebno sto ne e mnogu blaga.
Ovaa e i torta za koja ne vi treba mikser,se mesa so lazica.

RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
Jakov cake-name day for my grandson.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk
1 sachet of baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
10 full tablespoons flour
100 g  dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon butter and tablespoon oil and a little white chocolate for decoration.
PREPARATION:
