Slatko od lubenica.( zimska sorta )


Ovaa e slatko od kora na  zimska lubenica,prv pat go pravam i mnogu mi se dopadja ,na maz mi posebno.
Potrebni sostojki:

  • 500g cistena kora od lubenica od podebeliot del
  • 500g secer
  • malku limontus
  • pola  kesicka vanilin secer
  • 150ml voda
Prvo ja cistime sredinata na lubenica a podebeliot del go odstaranuvame i seceme na kocki .Ovaa  e od zimska lubenica, koja ima podebela kora koja ja lupime, a delot koj se naodja pokraj korata go koristame za slatko.


Slatkoto go pravime taka sto izlupenata i na kocki isecena lubenica ja varime po 5 min vo 9 vodi koi gi isturame.
Svarenata lubenica ja spustame vo vece podgotven serbet,koj treba samo da provrie 4 min..i varime sto pogusto da izvrie.Vodata ja zovrijuvame so secerot .
 Lubenica vo sebe ima sobrano vece voda, i so stoenje do ladenje, ce  pusti voda taka da ce go razredi slatkoto.
Na kraj dodavame limontus ili sok od limon, i vanilin secer za miris.
Mnogu vkusno  i ednostavno slatko sto sekoj moze da si go podgotvi.
Vkusno domasno slatko posluzivanje,uzivajte so kafe i drustvo.:)

This is sweet crust on winter watermelons.

This is sweet crust on winter watermelons, first time i am doing a lot to like me, to my nausband, me especially.
Necessary ingredients:

-500g of pure bark of watermelon thicker part
-500g sugar
-little limontus
- half vanilla sugar
-150ml water
PREPARATION:

A watermelon Wash and peel the thicker part, and cut into cubes This is a sweet variety of winter watermelons.Has a thicker crust, which take off and the next part of the bark is used for sweet.I this sweet special love.Was delicious ... it's amazing: )
Prepared by the peeled part of the cut put into the water in a pan and cook 5 min 9 water. little demanding is not it .. :) .. but it's worth the effort.
First, save the syrup, water and sugar to boil only be 4 Min watermelon cooked and drained of excess fluid down into syrup and cook all together to the desired density ..

Because watermelon itself collect water and should take note that there remains no cooking.Sirup must fall into the dense stream when controle.Add eventually limontus or juice from lemons vanilla sugar for arome.degustate with the coffee and company. . serve super sweet.
