Bel oriz so pilesko meso.//White rice is chicken meat.

I jas kako i sekoja domacinka si ima svoj nacin na podgotovka na svoite glavni jadenja.
Ovaa e edno dosta lesno  i dietalno jadenje ,vkusno e za mali deca i  e lesen obrok za niv,a istotaka i za vozrasni,jas ednas nedelno si go podgotvuvam.Oti kaj mene doma imam na meni se raznovrsni jadenja,isto jadenje skoro da ne se jade dvapati sekogas koristam svezo podgotvena hrana..Eve kako jas go pravam ovaa brzo glavno jadenje.
Potrebni sostojki:

  • 4 pileski kopani 
  •  polna casa od 300ml oriz 
  • 1 morkov pogolem
  • 1 glavica sredna golemina kromid
  • 2 cesninja luk
  • magdonos
  •  od zacini,sol,vegeta , crn biber
  •  70 ml maslo
Stavame prvo maslo vo tava kolku da go pokrie dnoto.
Na  pileskite kopani, ima ja odstranuvame kozata ,oti vo nea se sobrani site materii sto ne se korisni za covekoviot organizam..( posebno za onie koi imaat problemi so giht vo kozata ima pogolemi kolicestva na purini koi ja zgolemuvat mokracna kiselina vo krv).Proprzuvame so malku voda kromid a istovremeno gi dodavame  seckani morkovi ,i luk 2 cena przite kratko okolu 5 min..A kopanite gi varime malku porano,orizot go cistime mieme i nego go dodavame vo dinstaniot kromid,i na kraj posoluvame,zacinuvame pomalku od site zacini po sopstven vkus i mesoto go delime od koska i nego go dodavame ,dodavame i magdonos.mesame da se soedini smesata .
Tavata  so zelencuk i meso ja zasipuvame so voda nesto povece odkolku da gi pokrie zelencukot i mesoto..i zagrevame rerna na naj jako na 250C..stavame vo rerna i peceme okolu 30 min.
Servirame kako glavno jadenje so prilog salata sezonska ili od zimnica,Jas servirav od moja barena tursija koja e mnogu vkusna i e bez konzervansi ,moite ja obozavaat i ja snemuva poleka.,no samo tie tursija ja jadat,a jas sveza salata, tursija samo probuvam...:)..vece ima video na moj kanal za ovaa jadenje.na You Tube.
