Ziva tursija - 2..//Fresh pickle recipe 2.


Potreben zelencuk za ovaa zimska tursija:

  1. Piperki zeleni, i crveni ,nevazno koja vrsta,no pozelno e da se od potenka sorta maksimalno da gi ima.i onie od bela ili pomorandzasta sorta,zeleni domati,morkovi,karfiol.zelka,kornisoni.
  2. Za solilo:
  • 10 litra voda
  • 20g vinobran
  • 10g natrium benzoat ( konzervans)
  • 250g eksencija ( nerazredena ocetna kiselina)
  • 400g sol, morska mozete da koristite koja isto taka rastopena soli ubavo.
  • 300g secer
  1. Izmijte go zelencukot ubavo,se cisti ubavo i bure za tursija ili sega vo ponovo vreme ima interesni sadovi za zimnica.Se redi ubavo zelencuk( moze i seckan zelencuk )i se zasipuva so izmesani i rastopeni sostojki na solilo.Se zatvora ubavo i ostava da stoi kaj druga zimnica.
  2. Pozelno e dve nedeli da ne se probuva tursija zaradi konzervansi za koi velat vo mali kolicini ne se mnogu stetni.

Fresh pickle recipe 2.

Required for this winter vegetables pickle.

Green peppers and red, no matter what kind, but it is desirable to have a thin and those of white or  can I pale yellow color,variety, green tomatoes, carrots, karfiola.cabbage,and gherkins.
For Solio:
10 liters of water
20g vinobraní
10g of sodium benzoate (preservative)
250g exencija (undiluted acetic acid)-nerazredjeno sirce*
400g salt, sea, or you can use any salt which ..
300g sugar
Preparation:

It is desirable for two weeks, do not eat food for the winter, because of preservatives, which are said to be harmless in small amounts.
After 2-3 weeks you can eat salads.
