Mandarinke kolaci./Mandarins cakes./


Potrebni sostojki:

  • 350g mast ili margarin
  • 500ml mleko
  • 1 kocka svez kvasec
  • brasno po potreba
  • 2 jajca
  • 200g secer
  • pekmez od bilo koja vrsta na ovosje
  • 100g secer vo prav za narosuvanje
  • 1 vanilin secer
Mlekoto se zagreva ,vo vangla go stavame brasnoto i pravime dlabnatina stavame kvasec da se rastopi so 1 lazica kristal secer,se ostavada se stasa kvasec.
Otkako stasa kvasec gi dodavame i ostanatite sostojki,jajca ,mast,secer,vanilin secer,i mesime sredno tvrdo testo,koe potoa go sukame debelina 1 cm,i isecete  na kvadrati.( kako na slikata podolu,)


Na sekoj kvadrat stavame od pekmez ,i kraevite gi sobirame kon sredina, so sto go zatvorate kolac i formirate mala topka od testo.
Gotovi kolacinja redieme vo tepsija na hartija za pecenje,i gi peceme kolacinja vo vece zagreana rerna na 200C....15 min.
Pecenite kolacinja uste topli gi posoluvame so secer vo prav.

Mandarins cakes.

Necessary ingredients:

350g lard or margarine
500ml milk
1 cube of fresh yeast
flour as needed
2 eggs
200g sugar
Jam from any kind of fruit
100g icing sugar that rolled cookies
1 vanilla sugar

Preparation:
The milk warmed in a bowl, place flour, and make recess yeast.Add that milk and yeast with a little sugar is dissolved, or state.
When yeast state add the other ingredients, eggs, fat, sugar and vanilla sugar.Kneaded medium-hard dough, which then need to stretch a thickness of 1 cm.
Cut into squares as a crust in the figure, in place of each square of the jam, and ends of the gather in the middle, by closing pole, and forming a small ball of dough.
Rack up a ready-made cakes on baking paper in a baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200C..15 min.
Baked cake is still hot sprinkle with icing sugar.Very delicious old-fashioned homemade cakes.
