Boranija so svinjsko meso.& BEANS ARE PORK


Ovaa edna vkusna corba koja jas ja sakam ,no da bidam iskrena moite doma ne sakaat boranija ama za svoja dusa jas si ja podgotvuvam.Eve kako jas ja pravam ovaa vkusna corba.Ovaa kolicina odgovara za 2 lica.Imam mal problem so kompj..taka da pomalku objavuvam,  no imam spremno polno recepti za objavi ce ima uste polno  postovi.
Potrebno:

  • 200g boranija  ili po potreba zavisno za kolku lica se pravi 
  • 1 mal mokov
  • 200g svezo svinsko ili telesko meso
  • 1 mala glavica kromid
  • 2 cena luk
  •  50 g domasen sos od domati 
  • magdonos svez ili suv
  • zacini,sol,vegeta mala lazicka ,i biber po vkus
  • 5 lazici maslo ,malku brasno,1 mala lazicka crven piper
Podgotovka:se zema od boranija od zarznuvac kako moja ili sveza sto e uste pozdravo i poubavo.se mie se secka na parcinja,se provrijuva, i prvata voda  se istura.
Se naleva 1 litar topla voda,vo lonec od 1,5 litar,se dodava seckano meso,seckan morkov,kromid ,luk,i sos od domati,se dodava i sol za pobrzo da se svari jadenje.
Oti sol ne se dodava na sekoe jadenje na pocetok na podgotovka,moze da go zabavi varenje.
Jadenje se vari okolu 1 chas so  maslo t.e. dodeka da omekne boranija,i togas se dodava vegeta,biber i magdonos i nastrana se matI so malku voda brasno so crven piper,se sipuva vo corbata i se promesuva ubavo da ne ima grutki.
Se ostava corbata da se dovari uste 10 min.
Jadenjeto e gotovo i se servira so sezonska salata ili zimska kako jas sto ja sluzev so ziva tursija koja vece e gotova i vkusna .
