Kornisoni za zimnica.( priprema kako kompot sa sterilizacije)// Cucumber small for the winter.


Potrebno za ovae zimnice vam je krastavci od sorta kornisoni koi su pogodni za u male tegle i su
 salata za zima.

Cucumber small for the winter.

Cucumber small, made as a compote in jars and boiled.
Needed for this winter salad are only small cucumbers of the varieties of cucumber small that are for small jars and are delicious snacks for the winter.
Preparation:
Cucumber small depends on how much you want to put
For a fluid on one jar, you will need:
-1 small salt pans,
1 casserole soup sugar,
1 small salt vinegar,

Recept na Srpski jezik.
Kornisoni za zimnicu.

Kornisoni za zimnice ,pravljeni kao kompot u teglama i kuvani.
Potrebno za ovu zimsku salatu jeste samo mali krastavci od sorte kornisoni koji su za u male tegle i su ukusna slata za zimu.
Priprema:
Kornisoni zavisno kolku tegli sakate da stavite
Za tecnost na jednu tegle treba ce vam:
-1 mala kasika soli,
1 kasika  secer,
1 mala solje sirce,
od zacine, biber u zrnu,i izmesajte i vodu da biste zalili krastavce

Opraite krastavce ,isecite im drske i redite sto zbitije u tegle,nalijte smesom za tecnost sa sirce i vodu. 
Zatvorite dobro sve tegle protresite tegle da se sve sastojke unutra izmesaju, i redite u dublji lonec.
Zasipajte vodom do vrha na kapaka i ostavite da prokuvaju.
Kada prokuvaju ostavite ih da vriju 10-15 min.skinite od plotne i ostavite da se hlade, i tako hladne odlozite kod druge zimnice.
Po sopstvenom ukusu svaka domacica moze da si dodaje, lovor,crni luk,koji daje lep ukus,ili celer,tako krastavci dobiju miris i su zbogatceni sa ukus.
