Grejana tursija od piperki.//Heated pickled peppers.


Za ovaa za mene vkusna zimnica bez konzervansa ce vi bidat potrebni crveni piperki ili moze i bilo koja vrsta duri i vezeni.Jas ja sakam oti nema lupenje ,nema pecenje,tuku grej i redi vo tegla.
Potrebni sostojki:

  • crveni piperki
  • 1 glavica luk
  • magdonos
  • maslo
  • ocet
  • sol
  • biber vo zrno
Piperkite gi mieme im gi seceme drskite gi redime vo tesija sto pozbieni,ja vklucuvame rerna da se zagreva i gi stavame i niv da se zagrevaat.Vo medhuvreme treba da iscistime luk da go iseckate na sitni parcinja,isto taka i magdonos treba da go iseckate i pocnuvate so podgotovka.,
 Moite se skoro peceni ,ama bea vkusni.lupi i jadi.za nedela dena gotovi,skiseleni.

Piperki so oset na raka , gi proveruvame, ako se topli da ne moze raka da izdrzi dopir.
Da se izvadat se isturaat vo podlabok sad, se pokrivaat so platnena krpa,i se stavat drugi da se great vo rerna.
A izvadeni topli piperki se redat vo tegla, i naizmenicno se prskat so sol,maslo,ocet,i izmedju niv se stava so prsti kolku ce fatat od luk,magdonos,i malku biber vo zrno.

Moite bea malku piperki i sum gi povece zagreala duri i pekla,ama mi se pogodi vkus bas taka si gi sakam povece zapeceni.
A podobro e da se samo  ubavo zagreani ,zaradi zacuvuvanje na hranlive sostojke.
A sol mozete i koga gi servirate da si dodavate ako treba.
