Starinska sukana banica .// Antique twisted pie.


Odamna ne sum ja pravela ovaa vkusna banica i vcera resiv da bide nash nedelen dorucek i eve i so vas da spodelam nesto novo ili mozebi i nekoj od vas vece ima praveno vakva banica.
Potrebni sostojki:

  • 500g brasno-T-400
  • mnogu malku svez kvasec
  • 1 lazicka mala sol
  • 5 lazici maslo
  • i topla voda za da  zamesite sredno meko testo
Za fil potrebni sostojki:

  • 300g urda ili sirenje
  • okolu 200ml  maslo za prskanje na kori 
Mesite testo od gore navedeni sostojki i se formira topka ,koja potoa se deli na 4 pomali topki ili povece zavisno od vasata rabotna povrsina.

Otkako ste gi oformile topkite gi ostavate  nastrana da odstojat okou 5 min za da se opustat ,zosto taka poubavo se sukaat.Pocnuvam so sukanje ,za ovaa vece treba malku povece iskustvo no so dobra volja ne e tesko,oti toa e star nachin na pravenje tenki testenini ,no i mnogu vkusni.

Rasukanata kora ja prskame so maslo maku povece za da se lista poubavo koga ce se ispece,i ja filuvame so urda,ili sitno sirenje a moze i nekoj drug fil.

Ja povlekuvame so prst i sprotivnata strana na korata od banica kon sredina isto taka nezno i poleka.Vo kujnata se treba da se pravi so ljubov za da izleze ubavo i vkusno.


Istata postapka so prst ja povtoruvame i so  drugite dve sprotivni strani ,vleceme pak kon sredina.I koga e vece gotovo kako na slikata,poleka go zemame edniot kraj od korata i go preklopuvame kon sredina vnimavajci pritoa da ne ni ispadne filot,i da ne ja zgmecime korata.Postapkata e pokazana podolu na slikata.


Istoto go pravime i so drugite kraevi na banica, i posle sekoja postapka prskajte so maslo okolu 1 lazica ,za da se lista poubavo banicata.
I otkako sme gi preklopile kraevite ja stavame korata vo podmackana so maslo tepsija i taka so site kori (no jas polovina gi oformiv i kako krugovi taka moite doma ja sakaa )

Vece gotovata banica ja prskame so maslo i ja peceme vo vece zagreana rerna na 250C oklu 15 min,i shtom se vcrvi ja namaluvame temperaturata na 150C i uste 10 min ja peceme i potoa na kraj ja vadime prskate so malku  topla voda i pak pita ja vracate 2 min vo rerna da omekne.
Celosno pecenje ne treba da bide podolgo od 25-30 min.Gotovata banica ja vadime od rerna i ja pokrivame so kujnska krpa i ladime do sluzenje ,a najvkusna e koga e uste topla.
Se sluzi so kiselo mleko ili koj kako si saka.
