Sok od malini i ribizli sirup -bez konzervansa recept.//Juice with raspberry and currant-syrup.


Potrebni sostojki za 2 litra sok od malini i ribizli:
Sokovi od ovoshja moze da se pravat i von sezona so zamrznati ovosja sekogas se ubavi ako se pred toa dobro cuvani vo frizider.

  • 1 kg malini
  • 500g ribizli
  • 700g secer
  • 2 litra voda
Podgotovka:
Se izmiva ovosje so ladna voda se stava vo pogolem lonec i se dodava i voda ,se stava vednas na spret i stava da vrie.Otkako ce zovrie tecnos se stava nastrana i so pomos na cedalka se isceduva,
Moze i so sito, cedalka ili moderni sadovi..
A ovosje treba da se vari 10 min oti ovaa se meki i sochni ovosja i za kratko vreme go ispustat sok.Mozete i so lazica malku da go pritiskate ovosjeto za da poubavo izleze sok.


Otkako sme go procedile sok go vracate pak vo tendzere na sporet i povtorno go varime so kristal secer zaedno.
A kolichina na secer e i spored vasa zelba ,ako dodadete povece secer ce imate poblag sok za rastvoranje no so pomalku izrazena boja.
Sok so secer zaedno treba da provrie i uste 10 min se vari,posle toa mu se sobira pena so lazica ( ako ostane pena ce ja ima vo so sok i ce mu go kvari izgledot)..

Jas pomalku staviv secer za da sokot mi ima pubava boja i prirodni vkus.
A limon za ovoj sok ne treba ovoskite se ubavo kiseli,i samiot sok ima ubav kiselkasti osvezitelen vkus.
 Ni konzervans ne stavam ,ne mu treba .oti go sobiram uste vrel sok vo pareni cisti stakleni sisinja i go zavitkam vo kebe da odstoi dodeka se izladi sokot..

Ovaa postapka go sterilizira soko da stoi dolgo vreme.
