Slatko od visni recept.//Sweet cherries recipe.


Bidejki slatka kaj nas doma ne se omileni no jas go obozavam i sekako gi i pravam eve uste eden recept na baranje na edna citatelka za slatko od visni.Za ova meko i socno ovosje vazi pravilo da se pravat vo pomali kolicini i da se varat pobrzo oti ne im treba dolgo varenje.
Potrebni sostojki za ovaa slatko:

  • 500g visni so semki
  • 600g secer
.

Se izmivaat ubavo visni im se vadat semki i se stavaat vo podlaboko tendzere sto ce odgovara na kolicinata,se meri secer i toj isto taka se stava vrz visni.I seto toa se ostava da stoi okolu 2 casa.
Posle pominato vreme visni si pustat sami sok se stava tendzere na sporet no na najtivko da ostane 5 min.
Za toa vreme secerot se istopuva kako na slikata i ce zgolemuva i temperatura na varenje za eden stepen no nikako na naj jako.


Znaci slatko se vari dodeka se zgusne na tivko so protresuvanje dodeka se zgusne sto  povece .
Ovaa slatko moze da pusti sok zosto visni so polni so sok i zatoa 20 min -30min se vari slatko .
A za proverka se vadi nastrana i se podoladuva i so lazica se vozi tecnosta da padja slobodno.
Ako e gust mlaz znaci slatko treba da se trgne nastrana da mu se sobere pena i da se pokrie so vlazna krpa da se oladi i taka ladno sobere vo sterilni i cisti tegli.


Na ovaa slatko ne mu treba dodatok za miris ,ni vkus samoto si e mnogu vkusno i ima prekrasen  miris.
