Ravanija -starinski kolac.** Ravanija antique pole.(VIDEO)


Ovoj recept za ovaa starinska torta mi e od edna prijatelka od Negotino go zapisav ama sega go probav,i  mi se dopadna mnogu i eve go spodeluvam i so vas.Najevtini kolacinja sto ste probale i mnogu vkusni i meki.
Potrebni materijal za ovaa torta :So ista chasha ili fildzan se meri.ovde e koristena od 150ml merka.

  • 1 jajce
  • 1 ( casa  od 150ml ) secer 
  • 1/2 casa ista  zejtin 
  • 1 casa mleko
  • 2 casi brasno
  • slatko ili marmelada od bilo sto,edna golema tegla se stava polovina po recept ( jas staviv 6 lazici supeni polni od moj djem koj ima pokrupno ovosje od slivi.)
  • 1-2 lazicki mali soda bikarbona ( jas staviv  1 kesicka pecivo i odlicna e ne e zbita )
  • 3 lazici supeni secer vo prav za odozgor na torta.
Podgotovka:
Se mati jajce so secer so lazica ili mikser ( jas lazica koristev).
Posle se dodava mleko,maslo,brashno so pecivo ili soda bikarbona zavisno sto imate ,i na kraj polni lazici  pekmez ili seckano slatko so se soko sto go ima.

So lazica go mesame testo za da se izednaci okolu 5 min.

Otkako ce ja izmesame ubavo smesa ja stavame  vo okrugla tava br:28,a tavata predhodno ja premackuvame so 1 lazica maslo i 1 lazica brasno za da ne se zalepi tortata.
Gotovata torta ja stavame vo vece zagreana rerna na 200C i ja peceme dodeka se vcrvi okolu 15 min,posle ja namalete temperaturata na 180C i ja dopechuvame na potivko ushte 15 min.
SOVET: torti so dodatoci od ovosje se pecat podolgo zosto ovosje sodrzi svoi sokovi.
Znaci celosno pecenje na torta e 30-35 min ne podolgo.

Ravanija is a recipe for old-fashioned cake, a recipe from my friend's from Negotino.
I wrote down the recipe and tried it here and you share.The best, old recipe for a dessert you have tried, soft and delicious.
Ingredients for the cake: (used cup 150ml for all products:
1 egg
1 cup sugar 150g
1/2 cups oil
1 cups of milk
2 cups flour
-Sweet or jam of any kind of fruit-1 larger jars I put half a jar of jam is put in the recipe. (I put 6 tablespoons full of soup, my jam has a large fruit trees of plum).
1-2 tablespoons of baking soda small (I put one bag of rolls and it is delicious not argue structure .
_3 tablespoons tablespoons powdered sugar on the cake.
Preparation:
Whisk eggs with sugar with a spoon or electric mixer. (I'm with spoons)
Add milk flour oil as baking powder or baking soda, depending on what you have.
Add a spoonful of jam you have prepared.
Tablespoons mix the dough well for about 5 minutes, and pour into a greased mold and dusted with flour.
The finished cake put in the preheated oven to 200C and bake until get a nice red color cake.Bake first at 200C and after 15 min at 180C and reduce temp.and bake cake another 15 min.All the tame 30 min.

Tip: Cake with fruits bake more than usual because of the presence of excess water.
