Slatko od jagode brz recept...//Sweet strawberries.

slatko od jagodi koj ne saka vkusno i mirisno,vistinsko uzivanje vo negovi mirisi i vkus.

Bidejki e sezona na jagodi eve kako jas pravam slatko od jagodi na ednostaven i brz nachin.
Potrebni sostojki:
  • 1kg svezi jagodi (ne prezreani cvrsti )
  • 1 kg secer
  • 100ml voda

Se mijat jagodi so voda ubavo ,im se odstranuvaat zelenite drski i se ostavat da se iscedat okolu polovina cas.Se stavaat vo tendjere za slatko i se posipuvaat so secer i so voda,se stavaat na sporet na umerena temperatura i se vari slatko,se dodeka ne se zgusne secer i voda sto i samite jagodi ja imat. Slatko treba da e tolku gusto kako serbet za tolumbi, i ne se dodava limontus oti se kiseli  samite jagodi,nitu pak drugi mirisi ,samata jagoda ima preubav vkus i miris.
Pred kraj na varenje se sobira pena od slatko i se trgnuva da se ladi,se pokriva so vlazna krpa i se sobira ladno.Vo cisti i sterilni tegli.

Vazno e da se vari slatko samo da ne se mesa so lazica tuku samo da se protresuva za da si ja zadrzat formata jagodite.
Imam i star recept so stavanje na jagode vo limontus  i voda za da ostanat cvrsti pri varenje no mene ovoj moj nacin mi e pobrz i sekogas uspesen.Ako nekoj saka moze da go spodelam so vas i toj recept.
Sovet: Ovaa slatko ne se vari dolgo,otkako ce pocne so vrienje nekade okolu polovina cas se vari zavisno od kolicina.A jas ja proveruvam gustinata so zemanje technost pomedju prsti i so oset kolku e gusto..ili so vadenje na strana i malku da se izladi i ako tecnosta se sleva vo gust mlaz gotovo e .t.e technosta e gusta no netreba premnogu gusto ce se pretvori vo zele..

Sweet strawberries.
I love it, and the season of strawberries means enjoying the delight of these wonderful cheeks. And here's how I make it sweet for a very short time. An easy and quick way to prepare.

Ingredients:
-1kg of strawberry strawberries (not to be preheated)

Preparation:
